Lorraine E.I do not recommend Vivint. They use deceptive sales practices. They tell you various equipment is free and then you end up with a loan?! They keep sending people to my house to "check on" my service and equipment. I will not let them in the house. I will never buy any additional equipment or updated equipment from this company. In addition, their technicians do really sloppy work. I wish I had read reviews before agreeing. Please, if they knock on your door, turn them away without hesitation!

For starters our phone wasn't compatible with their system....why didn't they know this? Finally a month after we canceled the guy came to remove their equipment and he had no respect as to the damage to the walls or our home! He made zero attempt to clean up after himself, he left gapping holes in the walls, and staples in the wall still and on the floor. No apology no nothing. I don't recommend them at all.
