Steve showed up this morning at the time promised and had the work done in a little over an hour. That includes him having to go get some parts and come back.

Quinton was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! I called for a routine service of my AC and I also had a couple minor repairs that needed to be done. He was able to provide me a fair quote and complete the work same day.

Wedding ring came off in shower and down drain. Company had great revies so we called and they came out next day. Quinton was very professional with calling to let me know he was on the way. He was able to recover the ring and we are very happy! Thank you!!

I needed a Mini Split put in my renovated attic space. I called Aaron's and they had Robert come out to take a look and provide a quote. Robert was a pleasure to work with. The quote was a good fair price so I went ahead and booked the job. Robert came back out and had the install done in a quick and timely manner. I highly recommend this company as they are honest, fair and do great work. Shout out to Robert for doing an excellent job!

I worked with Aaron's on a simple A/C fix for 1 month. Robert came out and looked at my blower and it took him about 3 minutes to understand the problem. It would have been a short time frame fix but we were dealing with the warranty company and Johnstone supply. Long story - but someone sent the blower to Wichita and then would not give my faulty blower back because of warranty issues. All this during a heat wave.

Any way, five stars to the Aaron's team for taking my calls and practicing empathy for a month. This entire process was out of their control but they didn't charge me extra for the multiple trips they had to make to my home. They did a great job of explaining the issues and gave us pointers on how to keep our a/c running smoothly.

Kudos to Robert for diagnosing the problem with my furnace, obtaining the part and changing out the part that failed in a timely fashion. I appreciate having heat in preparation for the cold nights this week. Kudos also to Ashley for her great customer service.

Was very helpful in diagnosing an issue my HAVC was having. I really appreciated the fact that he was able to give me a clear answer as to what needed to be fixed after consulting with two prior company who had no idea what the issue was.

Technician showed up on time. Worked hard. Diagnosed the problem and gave us our options to moving forward. They actually worked on our commercial refrigerator which no one else north of the river does in Kansas City. I will use them again in the future.

Robert arrived on time. He carefully explained everything to me. He quickly got the job done. He was efficient, friendly, and professional. That is exactly what I have come to expect from Aaron's.

Service was great! Price was reasonable. We had the expansion tank on the water heater replaced and Steve had to correct some mistakes made by the previous installer.

Tech completed his inspection promptly and w/o any issues. Pointed out several issues with the original installation. Will pass on spending $1200 at this time based on the age of the equipment that seems to be working ok

Aaron’s is a great company! Whatever they did to repair the leak in my yard they DID it!!! No more high water bills and best water pressure since I have lived here! Thank you to Steve and his crew they were awesome to work with and provided top notch service repairs!! And shoutout to Ashley for the best communication and kindness during the whole process would recommend this company for your service needs!

Quinton was prompt and professional. Have lived in our rental for three years and was unaware of some of the issues we were having prior to the consultation from Aaron’s services. 10/10 recommend. Quinton was personable and kind; did a fantastic job.

Robert showed up during the designated appointment time. He looked at the problem and quickly corrected it. He explained why it happened and how to avoid it recurring. He vacuumed up the site and since I had another issue with a main stack drip in the garage, he proceeded to evaluate that quickly, as well. Aaron's had replaced the main stack last year, with no problems. Robert looked at the drip and observed a possible small gap, so he applied some sealant to the location. That was after having me flush both toilets so he could observe for any leaks. He prescribed a course of action if the sealant didn't work. He explained the pricing and advised me to call the company for a follow up. We had just finished with Integrated Solutions Construction replacing the entire upstairs flooring, and a remodel of the small master bathroom. A new toilet had been installed, and then we sustained the leak into our garage. Robert explained the plastic collar could have gotten cracked during the toilet installation, or the collar possibly needed an adapter for the new flooring height. Impossible to tell without removing the toilet. Robert was friendly and personable, and I felt very comfortable with his work and advice. It looks like I will be calling Aaron's soon, since my garage leak is still present. Aaron's Services has got my vote for plumbing repairs in my home, very confident in their expertise.

From the moment I spoke with Ashley til the second Scott left, I’ve been nothing less than blown away by the fabulous customer service, skill and professionalism. I’m not sure who you have as an HVAC company, but fire them and call Aaron’s Service today!!

As a new-ish homeowner of a seventy-five-year-old home here in the Northland, these folks quickly became my go-to for plumbing fixes, A/C and an electrical and furnace consult while here. Mostly plumbing needs and air conditioning. Which they are fantastic at addressing.

Like when you find a trustworthy mechanic and a forever dentist, these guys are solid. No need to go elsewhere once you begin using them as your go-to.

Each time they are able to slot me in for somewhat immediate needs fixes and are punctual and extremely attentive to my home improvement needs every visit, at a very reasonable price.

The house has good bones made better by these guys.

I had put out an SOS needing a plumber cause my pipes weren’t exactly singing in tune. Aarons sent Steve to check out the problem. He arrived when he said he would, kind and professional. As soon as I turned on the water to let him hear, Steve knew immediately what the problem was. He diagnosed the issue and had my pipes back “In Harmony” in no time. Thanks again Steve & Aaron’s for prompt courtesy service.

Steve came and gave me an bid on the job. He was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Once, I approved the job, he came back within 1 business day and installed my pre purchased hot water heater. He did the job efficiently, and professionally. I would absolutely use Aaron’s again.

They came in and got the job done! Alan is who assisted us and he definately KNEW HIS STUFF! Very knowledgable in the area of furnaces and answered all of our questions!
