Gladstone Furnace has been a pleasure to work with. They were very honest and patient with all of my Questions. They did great work and every time I have had them out they’ve been right on time!

Our furnace stopped working two days before the New Year holiday weekend. I called several places and was told they couldn't come out until after the New Year. Finally called Gladstone Furnace. The lady who answered the phone was very compassionate and caring. Much to my surprise she said she could have someone out within 2 hours! The gentleman that came out pinpointed the issue immediately and resolved our problem! Only charged a minimal fee. Thank you to Gladstone Furnace and staff!!! You have DEFINITELY gained a new customer!!!

An AC unit was installed in 2019. We were very happy with his knowledge base, quick and efficient install. Gladstone Furnace has since been taking care of all HVAC maintenance. In 2020 we had them install a new furnace and had the same professional experience. I may pleased to have Gladstone Furnace on my calling list for future maintenance. I 100% recommend this company.

On the recent night of extreme cold I woke up to a house in the 60's. I knew the furnace was not kicking on. I called, thinking I would get put on a list in the next day or two....but they were out and fixed the furnace in 2 hours. This is the second time in 3 years I have called them and they were prompt and fixed the problem. I am now going to have them put me on an annual maintenace list. Great people, service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Gladstone Furnace.

This long-time customer is DELIGHTED with her new furnace/ac and the entire sales/installation process. These folks are the quintessential professionals AND good neighbors! They kept my old system going as long as was reasonable. When I did havre to have a unit, they helped me find the most economical one for my needs. When they left, the house was perfectly comfortable and one could not tell they had even been there except for the brand new ac/furnace unit. They are a family business and really care about our community! Update: This week I had a minor problem. Dan came out as scheduled and had it fixed in 5 minutes!

We have owned our house in Gladstone for 30 years and wow have we had some "lemon" contractors. Finally asked a tradesman who he uses and he said Gladstone Furnance. We have had everything done and recently had them out for preventative maintence. We the home owner goofed up and thought they wer at fault. They came back out and it was 100% us making a rookie mistake. They were pleasant , professional and did not make us feel foolish. Crazy about this company.

We just had our old furnace replaced by Dan and Alex. From beginning to end, the service and communication was professional and accurate, not to mention the lowest price of four quotes. Total time to install was 3 hours. We are totally pleased with our experience and highly recommend them.

Gladstone furnace has gone above and beyond helping my elderly Father. During a bitter cold spell, my Dad needed service and called on a Sunday night. Not only did they talk him through the issues to troubleshoot, but came out first thing the next morning to repair. I am so thankful for this locally owned company willing to DO THE RIGHT THING.

I called Amy on a Monday and after several calls to other companies who either wouldnt answer or were to busy she answered and immediately sent someone over!

Dan was here within 1 hour very fast and took the time to show me how to do a few upkeep things myself also. He needed to order parts and had those within 1 day and back out to install asap! We could not have been more pleased and thankful for Dan and Gladstone Furnace and will only use them in the future! Thank you again for your help and we enjoyed meeting you!

I can't say enough good things about Gladstone Furnace. I've used them at various properties for years. Dan and his team have always gone above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent service at an affordable price. I highly recommend for all of your heating and cooling needs.

I would highly recommend them. My son referred us, told us they were reasonably priced and great customer service. I live in Lees Summit and Amy said they do work all over the KC area and they took care of everything when our furnace went out in February . Dan didn't try to sell me the most expensive unit. He had the best price for what we needed and told me I didn't have to replace my ac(it was on its last leg but I wanted to wait till spring) He just finished installing my AC and again, Dan and Amy took care of everything.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They were fast, friendly, and respectful of my time. I had my comfort system replaced with a much more efficient model at a price that was much more affordable than the big guys down south! A special shout out to Amy for being prompt and professional. I had a wealth of questions and she was awesome to work with! Thanks guys!

They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first conversation with the office to the representative that fixed our furnace. Price was also fair and reasonable. I would recommend using this company!

July 2025 update: Had two units go down and again GFAC exceeded all expectations and joyfully entered our home. Thank you guys so much 🙏🙏🙏✝️🛐🤟

June 2023 update: Gladstone Furnace & A/C was recommended to me by 3 people (I had been using Buckner's for years but it was sold to a National outfit form MN). Anyway, the repair work was clearly explained and the care was evident form the first call through the very end of the repair. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Nothing is more important then trusting the HVAC company you work with. I will be a customer for as long as Dan & Amy own it or as long as it stays local/family owned. I have already recommended Gladstone to a few people and l be sharing their information on our HOA website as well as asking our HOA to consider switching. Great work Dan & Amy! Dan diagnosed our problem as a switch, but cautioned it may be the blower. The cost difference between the former and latter was $900. Dan brought the parts over and confirmed it was the switch. He could have told us it was both and jacked the price up but he demonstrated real integrity. I cannot recommend him ( and Amy) enough. Great customer service, a fair price and a trustworthy technician. Will never use anyone else.

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave. This was the first place I called, and I am so happy that I did. It took a bit of time before they were able to install, but it was well worth it
