Total scam, charged me $1050 to do work and didn't do any of it and only refunded 880 dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!

I met Brent and was immediately impressed.
He was dressed like a professional and we immediately went to the backyard where my septic tank was located.
After he diagnosed the problem he went to his truck and brought out a brand new power auger(over 8000.00 dollar machine)
He had my main line cleaned out within minutes.Brent also brought to my attention problem areas that also needed to be fixed.

We were referred to Kevin Ginnings Plumbing by a friend who has used them for years. Our drain pipe from the house to the septic tank became exposed because of erosion. There was a connection that came loose so it was beyond my capabilities to repair so we contacted Kevin. They came out and gave us a bid and assured us that it was ok to use until they returned to fix it. The repair was done by Kevin working the backhoe and directing traffic, Caleb who was doing most of the "dirty work" down in the trench and Clint and Jesse. Everyone was competent, and friendly. The job took almost exactly how long Kevin planned and they even let our grandsons sit in the drivers seat of the backhoe! At 5 and 3 they were very excited!
They had all the things they needed to complete the repair along with the skill to do it correctly. Please consider using this business for quality work at a fair price.

Was told I needed a new hot water heater. My husband told them there was a wire loose and they ignored that. My uncle came over to fix it and it has not had any problems in over a month. $99.00 house visit for nothing!!!!!! Won't even use them again or refer them.

We had Kevin Ginnings Plumbing service put in a new shut off valve and remove some old plumbing we had from a water heater which changed when we put a tank heater in. Ron and Lukas come out promptly with an estimate and completed the job efficiently and neatly. The company called to let me know they were on their way and we are very happy with their service and friendly personalities. Quality job done.

Called at 2pm to ask for a checkup on my 91 year old father's leaking water heater in Peculiar and had a new one completely installed and running by 530pm. Chase arrived to replace an outdoor faucet that had been freezing up over the past few years. Because there was no indoor access to the back side of the faucet, he had to measure and determine where to cut sheetrock on the inside. His measurements were spot on and only a very small access was made in the interior wall. He placed a cover over the access hole and did a very neat job. Very professional and very neat work. Thanks for the great service!!

Dale and Marlin replaced two old toilets and a shower valve on the same day. We were very pleased with their work. It was incredibly easy to communicate with Dale regarding a tricky part of the shower valve access. He listened to our concerns and did a beautiful job figuring out the project. We have found the Ginnings teams to be very positive, very effective and honest in evaluating our plumbing needs and providing a reasonable price for the work. They clean up very nicely also. We highly recommend Kevin Ginnings plumbing and look forward to a long relationship with them.

Fantastic experience all around. Kevin came out first with a very prompt response when we had a drain issue. He quickly assessed what was going on; even told informed us a pipe was good and not leaking, which another company said was badly leaking and needed replaced. Scheduled to have Dale and Matt come out and they were fantastic; even putting up with our pets and the busyness in our house; they did everything with a smile! Jessie and Jim came out today to replace my hot water heater. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they also made sure I understood the ins and outs for troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and adjusting the settings on the new water heater. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Ultimately I guess it's my fault because I didn't ask the person I scheduled with ahead of time, but I just wrote a check for $503 (which included a $50 coupon) for 45 minutes of work to install a sink and a stopper. My husband had already removed the old sink. We purchased the new sink and stopper ahead of time. The faucet was not part of the sink and was already in place. We had used these guys in the past and I felt their charges were fair so didn't ask before they came out.
He did tell me the price before he started, but at that point I would have felt like a jerk if I would have sent him away. From what I can tell he did a good job on the install and he was very neat and tidy, but if you plan to use them, make sure you know what it's going to cost or be prepared to ask them to leave if you think it's excessive.
*The owner of the company did call and explained all the costs involved in the plumbing service which was appreciated. I did increase the review by a star due to that.

Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Company is always faithful in pinpointing and troubleshooting problems and then providing a detailed explanation and solution for them! So grateful to God for Ron and the crew who helped us with our plumbing leak in our front yard!
Addendum: this plumbing company has always done a great job over many projects over many years! We truly trust them with all our plumbing needs! Grateful to God to have a reliable resource for our plumbing problems!

Kevin Ginnings plumbing, like them very much. They are always quick to answer the phone and get out to help us. They have done general repairs, replaced a water heater, and septic maintenance. Ron has been here several times and he is an excellent plumber.

Fabulous service and advice! Plumbing repairs are always an unfortunate expense but Dale really helped us with a solution that fixed our shower problem and looks nice, too, saving us money for if we decide to do a later remodel. I was able to schedule promptly even though this was not an emergency. They arrived right on time and were finished quickly!

My water heater went out the night before Christmas eve. I contacted Kevin and sent some pictures, and he replied with a VERY FAIR & REASONABLE pricelist. His crew was at my house the next day (Christmas Eve) and had my old one swapped out with a new one before noon. VERY HELPFUL and CLEAN! 10/10 would use again and recommend!
