I contacted a few companies to come out and quote taking down a huge red oak. ER Tree Service was able to quote the price on the spot. His price was reasonable and he scheduled the work for the next week. His team was very skilled at removing limb by limb and dropping the tree safely without any damage to our nearby fence. I kept the wood for firewood and ER cut the big pieces into 20 inch sections. Great job!

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner came out with all smiles, professionalism and information. I was quoted an excellent price for the work I needed and it was completed(and some) Beautifully. My mind was put at ease and the smiles continued. Excellent clean up as well! They were very efficient! Definitely passed the word along!

Contacted E R Tree Service late in the afternoon & received a response that evening to let me know he'd be out to look at the problem & to provide an estimate. He showed up the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate. That same day he removed the limb issue and did a great job cleaning up. Couldn't ask for better professionalism, response time, or services rendered. Thank you E R!!!

The same day I first called he came by gave an estimate. He offered to remove the tree the next morning. He removed the tree very quickly. Very professional and friendly stuck to the estimate. Excellent customer service, expert tree service. I highly recommend and appreciate this experience.

When I met the owner of this company he was professional and nice we agreed on a good price. The first day that he was supposed to show up he did not because lack of workers. No big deal time the next day showed up about after 2:30 p.m. no big deal long story short so they started cutting the limbs from the tree and the limbs was hitting my house and I made a statement to the owner if the limbs were hitting my siding my central air unit my deck these were limbs that were just dropping out of the sky I was not rude in my communication but he was he told me if I didn't like it they can leave. You want a 2,200 for the tree we agreed on $1,800 maybe he thought that that wasn't enough, that's why he treated me the way he treated me. He left debris and limbs all in my yard he left tire tracks in my front yard. which he should've park his equipment and, put it in my yard like that. He appears to be nice but there's another Wicked side. What goes around comes around. I'm upset

Our technician gave us a courtesy call 50 minutes out from his arrival and pulled up right on time. Our carpets were looking brand new (and smelling better than brand new) in under an hour. I'll definitely use Zerorez again.

Our technician did a stellar job and was super helpful. His professional experience absolutely shined through his work and took years off life off of our carpet. Worth every penny. I wish the people we hired to clean the rest of our home would have put in half as much work but that's why Mark got their tip and they didn't!

What I was very impressed with, was the the fact that unlike a competitor that I used in the past to clean my carpets, this technician brought his own water with him that was heated when cleaning the carpet and the living room furniture. Could not praise this company enough for the job that they did!

Our technician Sean was very nice and worked very quickly and effectively. There is room for improvement with Zerorez’ scheduling. It was communicated that the tech was running 30 minutes outside of our 12-3 window, however arrival was almost 3 hours later. This was our second appointment. On the first appointment it wasn’t communicated to the tech the need for extra hose - so we spent half a day waiting for no reason (also ran late that day as well) Nevertheless, the carpet looks great.

We had Zerorez out to do our carpets and give us a bid on our vents. Mark was our technician and he was wonderful!! Very pleased with the way our carpets turned out! Great company to deal with. We will be having Mark back next week to do our vents.

Sean was our tech. He did a perfect job. Our basement has gone through three teenage boys & their friends, my aging parents, power chairs, diabetic dogs, an old cat and an art studio. It. Had. Seen. Better. Days. This kid was fantastic. Hard working and kind. I had no idea this carpet could look like that. Great great job

I had the air duct/ furnace cleaning service done on my son's newly purchased house. The air ducts had NEVER been cleaned before, and it's an older home. They did a very thorough, professional job. Totally tell the difference in air quality and furnace efficiency. I'm hiring them for my parents next week!

Zerorez did a great job at my house cleaning the carpet and stairs to the basement, a couple upholstered chairs in the livingroom and tiled floor in the bathroom. The technician was courteous and helpful, on time, and very thorough. The end results were all excellent. I would recommend Zerorez to others and use their services again in the future.
