Zerorez did a phenomenal job cleaning up our sick dogs diarrhea. I cannot thank Dominic and crew enough for how quickly they got us in and how quick of a job they did. 10/10! Would use again and again!

Mark came to clean our air ducts today. He called prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. He was very professional and enthusiastic while doing the job, took the time to answer my questions, showed me before and after photos, and made excellent recommendations. I will definitely have them back and recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

I had a fantastic experience, my carpets look wonderful, and the gentleman that did the cleaning couldn’t have been more courteous, kind, and nice!

Guy showed up on time, was quick, professional and able to remove a wax stain another company was unable to get out!

We had such a great experience today with our Zerorez technicians!! We did a full house duct cleaning, including the dryer vent, and needless to say we were overdue after all the construction and remodeling! The guys were wonderful, explained the full process beforehand, very upfront and transparent with the cost, and even made sure our dogs weren’t worked up with all the noise! Incredibly thoughtful, professional, and helpful! We will definitely work with this company in the future!!

My experience from beginning to end was fantastic! My carpets and sofas look amazing. The employees who arrived were friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

A waste of money and time.
Booking carpet cleaning for 4 bedrooms and a walk-in closet for around $309. Process was smooth and professional.
When the tech arrived, he inspected and recommended another $ 75 per room special treatment because of 'pet bio'. Another $300 brought the total to ~ $609. Even though we had our own carpet cleaner and always cleaned up after the accidents, we agreed as this was our post-dog clean and we wanted to 'do it right'. (This is a 13-pound Yorkie, btw)
Again, very smooth and professional. Tech was very nice.
However, the results were unsatisfactory.
After $600+ in treat/cleaning, our carpets were wet and frankly, not clean. We put several fans and a dehumidifier on our carpets over the next 36 hours, in addition to cranking down the A/C, and managed to achieve mostly dry carpets, only to discover that many of the stains remained and carpet still smelled.
We called back and asked for a re-treat, explaining that many stains did not come out. The 're-treat' was effectively the new tech spot-cleaning the stains he noted or we pointed out, and not re-cleaning the carpet as a whole. The cleaning chemicals he put down were not extracted, nor were the spots clean, with the carpet just swirled around. The spots he re-treated were again quite wet when he left. He also indicated that re-cleaning the carpet 'really won't do anything' and that it could even 'damage the carpet'.

With severe disappointment, we got out our own home-grade carpet cleaner and used only warm water. Our machine sucked the 'junk' out of the carpets on the spots he supposedly re-cleaned. Amazingly, this was with a $99 Hoover carpet cleaner. We also hit other spots that hadn't been recleaned and got similar results, with lots of foam in both types of areas. So much for 'zero rez'.
The attached pictures are the results. You decide if after 2 'professional' cleanings (and I use that word loosely), you'd pay these people to clean your carpets....
I can state that *we.will.not*.

P.S. We are NOT picky people. We understand that set-in stains (like our kids' kool-aid stain from 10 years ago under a couch) are not going to come out. We also clean our carpets 1x a year with a rent-from-the-store cleaner and clean the carpets until the extracted fluid runs mostly clear.
And if Zerorez is reading this, don't claim we can have you out again to make us satisfied. You had your chance x 2 and failed miserably.

They were so efficient and nice. Could not have been more caring about my satisfaction. The office is also run very well. Carpets look great!

They did an amazing job on our new house. The sellers had cats and my daughter and I are allergic to cats. They cleaned the air ducts and cleaned the carpets. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with their service before leaving. I would recommend their services to everyone !!!!! After having 3 other dishonest companies arrive just to be turned away, Zerorez was the only vent/air duct cleaning company that was honest in advertising, didn't try to upcharge me once arriving, and the pricing was the lowest. Additionally, the services provided were excellent, the technicians (Mark and Sean) were very professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and courteous, they arrived on time, and they were efficient. I look forward to using Zerorez for my future vent/air duct and carpet cleaning needs.

Cyrus was on time and took extra care to make sure everything was clean.

The gentleman was very friendly and professional, but the work was not great. The “clean” products they use aren’t useful if they don’t CLEAN the floor. Our carpets were still dirty upon our return home. The edges of the room didn’t even appear to be touched.

Wow. I'm very impressed!! The guys were very friendly and quick. I called to make an appointment over the phone and the guy was funny and nice as well. I've had my carpet steam cleaned before and the results were not nearly as good! I had a ton of stains from spills and such and they got it out! I got 3 rooms done for $99. I thought about saving some money and doing it myself. But there's no way I would've done anywhere near as good as them. And saved me time and effort. I definitely will use them again in the future! I do wish their upholstery steam cleaning was cheaper though. But as for the carpet, it was worth every penny. Thanks zerorez!!

Headed about them from 105.7 the point a really long time ago and remembered the name when the wife said she wanted the ducts to be cleaned. Did an excellent job explaining what was going to happen and got through the service very quickly. You could also tell they were very knowledgeable about the service they were providing. Jason worked alone but very fast! He was professional, pleasant, and friendly. He also explained how the natural products are made with soft water and orange peel and it’s not hazardous to pets! The product has an amazing orange scent! The carpet looks clean and it smells fresh.
