This was a real emergency and the plumber came after hours and did a very good job. Then next day the plumber came and finished the job. They were both vey efficient and prompt and I am very pleased with the outcome. Nice people and nice work.

The plumber was so helpful in advising me regarding the water leaking issue and have suggested the best option for rectifying it. Both bathroom sinks clogged; snaked but unable to fix issue (then gave me some weak enzyme chemical that didn't work at all); promised a camera service to come out but never got a follow up call or visit. Also noted a second technician will come out after the enzyme. Gave them 200.00 for nothing. I end up going to home depot and getting the zep gel heat, which cleared the issue after 4 treatments. The 2 guys were nice. Got straight to unclogging the sewer pipe in the yard.

Initially I left a 5 star review because the plumber that came out did a few things to help clear our basement drain.. but now I’m leaving 1 star because after I ran a load of laundry, the hose, he took out and didn’t put back in properly, dumped water all over the floor. It soaked our carpet and dry wall. Something so simple turned into an even bigger issue for us.

Simon, was my tech and he was very professional courtesy and on time. Answered my questions for me and my wife we went over options on how to fix our situation. Again I always recommend we've been using them for years off and on for any Plumbing issues that I couldn't handle on my own.

At the moment, Roto-Rooter did an excellent job on cleaning out my sewer drain as well as water cleanup. Mold was found and removed as well as water from behind my drywall. I'm hoping this is a one and done and we don't need this service again. Awaiting 3rd party for restoration and results from their services.

Carl was super professional, confident in his work, and was upfront with pricing for services. New disposal and piping under the sync repaired beautifully and everything is running great.

Jordan and the other technician were very professional and kind. They explained everything in detail and explained what was going on. They knew exactly what was the issue as soon as they saw it. Our drain was backing up in the basement and they found that one of the lines from the washing machine was the problem!

We have used Roto-Rooter for years. I like that I can call in the middle of the night if I really need to & they will come very shortly. The technician has always solved my problem promptly & thoroughly. And their charges are quite reasonable.

Daniel arrived on time. He had to repair his equipment. When he saw my floor drain he diagnosed the issue immediately as limited to just the floor drain. He cleaned the drain and was done within 5 minutes, clean up and equipment removal.

The phone service recommended that I down load the app and there would be coupons. The only coupon was for $15. Daniel said he could give us a senior or military discount of $100.
I was inquiring about our lateral drain. He said he was going to ask his boss to send someone with a camera an no charge. Haven’t gotten a call yet.

The tech that came out was knowledgeable, professional, and got the line cleared quickly. You pay a premium for Roto-Rooter’s services versus other companies, but it’s fair price when you realize how fast and efficient they are, which matters the most when you’re in a pinch and facing a backup.

At the critical time of year, right before Thanksgiving, I needed a plumber! Thank goodness, my sister had used RotoRooter several weeks ago & was very pleased with them, so I called and got an excellent plumber, name if “Joe” who took care of my issues in record time, as well as some FREE tips on how to take care of some of my appliances for good maintainence . It was a great experience and I’ll use them again - especially asking for “Joe”.

We had a terrible sewage problem with our basement floor. Also a clogged kitchen sink problem that no other plumbing company has Been able to fix. The technician Sam Thomas was kind ,polite, very efficient. Fixed both problems completely. If I ever have any more plumbing problems of any kind, I will only ask for him from Roto-Rooter. He’s the person I would highly recommend to anyone.
