We were very pleased considering they came on a Sunday and arrived with 2 hours from calling them. They were professional and considerate of our property. Would highly recommend their service.

Called to get an estimate and something scheduled. It seemed like the customer service agent at this location was trying to deter me from making an apt with me lots of "yeahhhh ummms " n a confused manner. she had the demeaner of being confused that I was calling. When she said the price of a service she made it seem as if the price was to expensive to make the apt. I told her we would look elsewhere. It was this location at 10:40 am on 12/31.

Jordan and Brian were great and saved the day after a surprise back flow in our basement. They took care of our lines and gave good advice on future possibilities if this were to happen again.

I am shocked at how overpriced this service was. We’ve had roto-rooter before, and did not have this issue. $475 to clean hair out of a bathroom drain? No snaking, nothing. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I definitely feel like we were scammed out of money by Roto Rooter today.

Called Roto Sunday at 2pm, they arrived before 3:30pm.
Alcee was professional, quick, and clean! He laid fresh tarps, wore bags on his shoes, and cleaned up his work space before leaving. Brought his own towels and cleaner!!

Carl H. was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how long it would take. Carl did a very professional job of replacing our water pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank attached to water heater noting pressure setting and date on tank.

Our tech Jordan was great. He spent several hours working through our issue. Very thorough and helped locate the outside access point, which was like finding a needle in a haystack in our landscaping. Highly recommend!

Had a basement floor drain backup emergency over the weekend, and a plumbing technician was available on Sunday to take a look. Plumbing technician Jordan was very knowledgeable of what the problem was and quick to clear out the blockage. He was polite and professional.

We had a kitchen drain backup problem we tried to fix ourselves with a plumbers snake, but it was a clog close to our main stack. Things went from bad to worse when sewage began backing up into the sink. Realising we needed serious help, we called Roto-rooter. Jordan showed up very quickly, clearly explained the likely fix and got our drains and stack cleared and working again much sooner than we thought possible for such a mess. Would recommend him to anyone!

Steven arrived early in our appointment window and was friendly the moment I answered the door. He asked a few questions and got to work quickly resolving our drainage issue.

Was told the appointment to come out was $99, the technician charged $130 (false and dishonest advertising just for the coming out to look at it price) did not repair the water heater or come up with any reasonable solution to the issue, absolute waste of money. I'm having a someone else(for a much more reasonable rate) come look at it now and will not be doing business with you guys again.

Not completely blocked kitchen drain, but needed snaking. Was put off initially by "cost will be determined by worker after he arrives", but surrendered when told, "if you don't agree to co$t, you can end the visit with NO expenses". Jordan was the service professional, excellent demeanor, thoughtful in our home, clear in stating the price and what actions he would perform (we were able to use a coupon to get $55. off). We agreed, Jordan used snake and cleaned up VERY WELL when finished. Again, a very professional employee. Work guaranteed for 6 months, $400 after couple, our last visit here was 19 years ago so I guess we're doing a good job at maintenance with "drain hygiene".
Priced two other companies, they were half the cost, but I didn't explore any additional expenses with them, so I'm pleased with the service and results. Thank you Jordan.

Michael was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He quickly got the clog out of our pipes and got our shower drain cleared up! He also cleaned up and put on shoe covers, which was super nice as we have a one year old crawling around on our floors. Would 100% use them again!
