They did not stay in touch. Would not return calls. Then finally told us they were waiting on one more part, then never heard from them again except through the insurance.. After 2 months we called our insurance and told them we wanted a different company. They were very nice when they were here doing the initial evaluation. Somewhat nosy, picking up papers I had on the table and looking at them. But I thought it was just a rookie move, as the owner told him to put it down and never do that. Things just did not work out with them at all. Very disappointed. Found someone else and seems like they are going to be ok. I saw the response below and what they said is absolutely false. Them not returning calls etc had nothing to do with my insurance.when I call them they should call me back, should keep me updated on delays on parts etc. My insurance had nothing to do with them not contacting me. One man actually told my husband they did not like dealing with my insurance, I wasn't asking them to. I asked them to call me back and I would take care of the insurance. But...they are a contractor for this insurance which I have had for over 20 years and have never had a problem. If they do have a problem, then they need to take it out on the company not the customer they are working for.

Called Jason at 7:30am in the morning. My air condition unit went out in the middle of the night. His crew arrived before 9:00am and replaced my unit and was gone by 12:00 noon. House is cooling great. Excellent service, great crew. Thanks for the quick professional response.

I wasn’t sure that my a/c unit was running like it was supposed to. Patrney came out and serviced my unit. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of my older air conditioning unit. Everything is working well now and our home and family are staying cool. Partney Heating and Cooling is ran by one of the most honest and genuine business man that I have met. Coming to my rescue when I was out of town and states away leaving my house bound elderly grandmother, care-aid and son without AC. I called them at 8:30 p.m. and he promptly called me back and came to the house first thing in the morning. I was 100% prepared and told them that I would get a new unit, when he called me he said a line had been cut by the weed eater and believe me when I say his price was beyond reasonable. I highly recommend Partney Heating and Cooling. You will not be disappointed.
