They did not stay in touch. Would not return calls. Then finally told us they were waiting on one more part, then never heard from them again except through the insurance.. After 2 months we called our insurance and told them we wanted a different company. They were very nice when they were here doing the initial evaluation. Somewhat nosy, picking up papers I had on the table and looking at them. But I thought it was just a rookie move, as the owner told him to put it down and never do that.
Things just did not work out with them at all. Very disappointed.
Found someone else and seems like they are going to be ok.I saw the response below and what they said is absolutely false. Them not returning calls etc had nothing to do with my insurance.when I call them they should call me back, should keep me updated on delays on parts etc. My insurance had nothing to do with them not contacting me.
One man actually told my husband they did not like dealing with my insurance, I wasn't asking them to. I asked them to call me back and I would take care of the insurance.
But...they are a contractor for this insurance which I have had for over 20 years and have never had a problem. If they do have a problem, then they need to take it out on the company not the customer they are working for.
