Called Jason at 7:30am in the morning. My air condition unit went out in the middle of the night.
His crew arrived before 9:00am and replaced my unit and was gone by 12:00 noon.

Partney Heating and Cooling is ran by one of the most honest and genuine business man that I have met. Coming to my rescue when I was out of town and states away leaving my house bound elderly grandmother, care-aid and son without AC. I called them at 8:30 p.m. and he promptly called me back and came to the house first thing in the morning. I was 100% prepared and told them that I would get a new unit, when he called me he said a line had been cut by the weed eater and believe me when I say his price was beyond reasonable. I highly recommend Partney Heating and Cooling. You will not be disappointed.

We worked with Jason to set up install in our new construction earth/berm home. His crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed on time and Jason worked to make sure we got the unit we needed while staying within our construction budget. We are so pleased with our system. It is quiet and efficient. The house stays a consistent temperature all day, even during the week long excessive heat warnings. We recommend him to everyone!

I called for a quote to replace my AC unit, and the owner came out that same day! Gave me a quote but advised me to wait to replace, bc my current unit still had some life in it… I felt like that was great customer service that they provided instead of price gauging & upselling us on something we didn’t need yet. Also filled up our current unit’s Freon as a courtesy! So happy with their prompt service, professionalism, & honesty… we will definitely call them when it’s time to replace the unit!

My central air went out and I was miserable in my home during 100° summer heat. I suffer from COPD and was really struggling to find any comfort in my own home. I have Jason Partney a call, and within a couple of hours he made it over to check out my AC system. He was extremely kind and caring and worked very quickly on the repair. A while back when it got real cold my heat stopped working. Called these guys and Eric came out and checked it out. Eric figured out the intake pipe was froze up so the furnace wasn’t sucking in any air. Took a screwdriver and busted up the ice. No big deal but he called me up a few hours after he left to check in and make sure I wasn’t having any problems which I thought was really nice of him. Then yesterday I called them again to see if they could see why my ac wasn’t keeping up. The owner Jason came out and said I just needed to wash the outside unit regularly which would help. I said I could do it myself so he didn’t even charge me! So two separate occasion’s, two different guys, and both fantastic experiences. This is not a company that will rip you off but instead do everything they can to help you and also save you money. 10/10 all they way

Had an issue with a thermostat, they sent out a tech on the same day to check it out. After awhile it was all straightened out and is working as it should. Very fast and helpful when it was needed most.!!!

Our central air went out and we were miserable going on our 2nd 100 degree day this season. We made a phone call to Partney, and within a couple hours they made it out to check things out. He quickly made the repair & was extremely kind and caring. Now we have AC again and we’re so incredibly thankful! I recently purchased a new HVAC system from Partney Heating and Cooling. This was the best choice I could have made. From the first phone call it was nothing but positive. They were able to come quickly to give an estimate. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and asked all of the right questions during the estimate to give their best recommendations. They didn't try to oversell me either like some of the competition did. I received my bid the same day of my estimate. The pricing was by far the best out of the three companies we had come out for bids. They were able to get me scheduled for install within a week and arrived on the day and time they said they would be here. The 2 team members who did the install worked very hard and were very professional. After the installation team was finished they went over everything and made sure we were good to go. I would highly recommend using Partney Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs. 5 out of 5 stars!

We have been a resident customer of Partney Heating and Cooling for many years. The company I manage needed new units for a facility in St. Louis County. I reached out to Jason on Friday. His rep was there Monday to give us an estimate. The tedious project was started by Thursday of the same week. Previously, another company was servicing the facility and lax in follow-up. Therefore, we went forward with Partney. We were thankful we did. They focus on all good qualities a customer looks for. Within the week the new system was installed. The Partney crew did an amazing job as well as clean-up of old units and trash. We will definitely utilize Partney services in the future when needed. Thank you!
