Came to my residence 20 minutes after the call on a Sunday. Experienced professional, very personable, reasonably priced, fixed my mistake right away and even cleaned up the AC before leaving. Will use for all HVAC going forward. A++ I highly recommend.

I had previously worked with another HVAC service company who recently raised their prices. I searched for a new vendor, and found J.Shaw! Jeff arrived early, and was very friendly.

My heat went out Monday when it was 20 degrees outside and I was headed to work for the night. I sent jeff a message and he was there the next morning as soon as I got home from work. He got my problem fixed within 15 minutes and for a very low price! He is so kind and professional and I can’t thank him enough for helping me out! I would highly recommend J Shaw heating and cooling to anybody!

Seriously the best company I have ever used before! After being without AC for 4 days we finally got word from our landlord that he wouldn't be out for another 4 days to even look at it knowing I have multiple small children in the house. We started frantically looking for someone who would work with us to get the AC going again knowing we couldn't afford it and within 30 minutes of my husband calling we had someone at our house willing to fix it with little to no charge! J. Shaw heating and cooling will be the only heating and cooling company I go threw!

Jeff came out and diagnosed an aged furnace (25 years old) and helped explain the process of replacement. Instead of just putting in similar units, Jeff took the time to do pros/cons of a higher efficiency unit. While the initial cash outlay was more expensive, the long term savings will more than make up for it. It’s nice to work with local vendors and support the community! While it’s probably the last HVAC we will need, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We live in Lawson and have used them 3 times now I believe. They are amazing. Great work, very affordable prices. They answer their phone and show up when they say they will. We will use them for all and any future needs.

Had an unexpected problem with Air conditioning Saturday night. Found Jeff Shaw company and called. He arrived in less than an hour and did amazing job fixing the issue. Very kind and with great knowledge. Highly recommended !

I met Jeff at a neighbor's home. I asked if he could check my Ac on appointment. To my surprise he said he would take care of it immediately, the same day. We were severely low on refrigerant, and he fixed the problem. In short, we will be doing regular service with Jeff. Highly recommend J Shaw Heating and Cooling service!

I would recommend these guys to anyone!!! After being given the runaround for two weeks by one guy I got a hold of another guy he said he would be here Friday Saturday when I didn’t hear from him I called him Friday morning to see what he was planning on doing and he then gave me the runaround that he was really busy and didn’t think that he could get it down until possibly next week and I’ve been without heat for a month. I got Jeff Shaw’s phone number from one of friends called him Friday afternoon he came in 30 minutes, told me what he would charge and that he’d be here Monday probably in the afternoon, he came, fixed my furnace and charged me half of what one guy quoted! I couldn’t be happier with the service and his ability!!! They took the parts I have to return back to my car, loaded my wood burning stove and were absolutely wonderful!!! I will be having them out four times a year to inspect and adjust my furnace and my cooling system they are absolutely phenomenal

We are incredibly grateful for J. Shaw! His team and him went above and beyond our expectations, even when things didn't go as planned. Things not going as planned in our home unfortunately has been a common occurrence. He offered financing which we are so grateful for, we have never had to pull out financing ever so this was incredibly intimidating for us. He still treated us with respect, which is something we haven't gotten by other home contractors. We've already recommended him to family and will continue to recommend to our neighborhood page. When you need it the most and they fit you in, it means so much as a customer. After a long week and on a Friday they fit me into their schedule to take care of all my needs. Very honest and great priced. I’d highly recommend to anyone that ever has had any doubt in the big name companies. They will make it happen and I’m beyond thankful to sleep well in my AC tonight. Hottest day of the year so far and my air conditioning decided it didn't want to work anymore. I made a call and the owner answered. Told him I just wanted to get on the schedule to have it looked at. (It was 6pm when I called) he said he was just pulling in his driveway at home but he'd be happy to make a service call in the evening (wasn't expecting that at all) Jeff drove 20 miles to my house and found a blown capacitor on my outdoor unit. He had the part on his service truck and repaired it quickly and we had ac again. His bill for an emergency service call and the parts was way less than I expected. I definitely recommend them and they have my business from now on.

Thank you Jeff for getting to the house and fitting us in and helping getting the ac back up and running. J. Shaw heating and cooling has always taken care of us and not ripping us off and just throwing parts at old units. He is spot on and helps anyone he can even in a tight pinch like us he took care of us and didn't add any extra fees. Thank you for being a good person and great owner. J. Shaw is the only heating and cooling company for us.

I called around 9:30am, Jeff was here by 10:20, and by 10:45 my AC was working again. We'll need a new unit soon because ours is old, but I'll definitely be getting it through J Shaw. The service was quick, informative, and priced right. Thank you for coming out so quickly on a Sunday!

My heat went out and after speaking to Lily who was so nice an appointment was set up for that day even though it was a Sunday and snowing. I was told we needed new parts that need to be ordered. Liliy kept me informed the whole time of what was going on. Jeff came out and fixed the problem. He was very nice and had us up and running in a short time. Great company would definitely use them again.

After arriving home and finding our furnace had completely shot out, on Thanksgiving day of all days. We were recommended this company, and we were not let down. They saved us from having to go through another cold night, and I am thankful for that. Everything was done in a timely manner. Financing and willingness to work with the customer financially was offered. We appreciate the fact that they took time out of their holiday weekend to help us in a time of need. Highly recommend this company. They will not disappoint you.

I had two other businesses come out and give me a quote on fixing my air-conditioning unit (and not for free). Jeff Shaw came out and fixed it for half the price, on the spot and did not even charge me for the diagnosis! He is the best and I will call him anytime I have issues with my heating and cooling! I was so impressed!! And he’s just a great guy that you feel comfortable having in your home working for you.

We had our HVAC replaced this summer and didn't test the heat because it was too hot. The first frost left our house pretty chilly but the heat wouldn't turn on. I called J.Shaw and the OWNER came out within maybe 10 minutes at most! Fixed it immediately! I've never had better service with a heating/cooling company!
