I have been using their services for squirrel removal for several years now. However, I was not completely satisfied with the most recent visit. I was charged the regular fee to come out and set the trap. On other occasions, they would check the attic as well as the outside. The attic was not checked this time. They came and removed the trap and told me they it would be another $300 to close the opening! I am not going to call them again in the future.

Horrible experience. Had a bat in the attic two years ago. The charged $4,000 to catch it and put little screens on openings around the house. Was told they would cleanup bat guano as part of it, but I had to call and complain to a manager to get them to do that. Now, we have another bat in the house and they will not honor any of their previous work.

Hi Alex, When we preformed you bat exclusion in May of 2022 you were charged for the following, 5 magnetic vent covers installed and secured using 1.5" screws. Pest armor installed over ridge vents and secured with ridge guard screws. 3 gable vents were hardened with hardware cloth and secured with lathe screws. As well as the clean up. We provide a one year renewable warranty on ALL work performed. You never contacted us within that time frame with any issues. Instead, you waited until Novemb…

I reached out to Wildlife Command Center because I had a wasp problem that I couldn't get resolved.

I had already worked with a local pest control company that came out and sprayed and put dust out for the wasps at least 4 times, but couldn't resolve the issue.

When I called Wildlife Command Center, the lady on the person carefully listened to the issue I was having along with the background information I provided. She schedule Michael (the owner) to come out the next morning for an assessment.

Michael texted me 10 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was coming. He arrived a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He assessed the situation, and his immediate thought was correct. The previous spraying and dust attempts to get rid of the wasps didn't work because the pesticides weren't getting to the larger nest.

The nest was much bigger than expected and was in a section of the garage wall. Michael opened up a section of the wall and carefully removed the wasp nest and my 2 month wasp issue was resolved in about an hour. Take in mind Michael was only coming for an assessment that day, but he recognized he could deal with the issue right away and did.

I had a lot of questions during the process, but he was very patient and answered all of them. At no point did I see him feel nervous or scared, which made me feel at ease.

Thanks Michael and team for finally giving me the peace of mind that the wasps will no longer be an issue.

I would highly recommend 2 Nice Guys Pest Control. When I called into the office they were extremely helpful and quick to get someone to my house. We had a mole that was destroying our yard and other companies wanted to send someone out to inspect prior to treating. My yard would have been a complete disaster by the . 2 Nice Guys came the next morning and took care of it immediately.

The work they did to keep animals out of our house was chewed through by the next morning. Nothing more than spray foam, which we could have done ourselves and not spent almost $1K then hire a company to do it properly. Don't waste time or money with this place.

Wildlife Command Center delivered in what they do. I had a problem with a ground hog that moved in under my back patio. Tim the technician arrived
on Saturday and accessed the problem. He placed the live trap, and by Sunday morning we caught the critter. I call Tim and he arrived later that day and removed the ground hog.
Their techs arrive in a nicely marked vehicle and are dressed in nice uniform. Very professional looking and very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone who may have a critter problem.

I had a tech out Andrew out today to inspect a pungent odor we had been having and I had started to think was an animal. Fortunately after the visit didn't believe it was an animal and gave me a list of what to do and also pointed out an electrical issue that I wouldn't have noticed and was certainly not safe.
Appreciative of his time, friendliness, patience and making sure all options were looked at as far as source.

We contacted the Wildlife Command Center for snake removal on May 12, 2020. They came out the same day to set up 7 traps and we were told they will return in one week to dispose of the traps. A week passed and they did not show. We called them to see why they haven't returned for the trap disposal, and were given a new date they were to return. They were a no show again. The company sent a text message afterwards promising a new pick up date (3rd time) and again this was a no show. I have never experienced such a lack of communication and unprofessionalism from a company... We paid a nice chunk of money for the company's expertise in snake removal, but once they got their money they just dropped off the traps and disappeared. This has been a very frustrating experience and we will not use their services again.

Miz C it is unfortunate that this is the outcome, you are correct $299 is a good chunk of change for a complete snake inspection, proper placement of the traps and capture of any snakes during the inspection, 2020 was a very challenging year and we apologize for the less than stellar service, call me on my personal cell @3146044377 and I will make it up to you

I called the Wildlife Command Center's location in ABQ, New Mexico. I came across a snake in the front of my house and it slithered in front of me. I freaked out and called everybody to help me since it was a Saturday. I was given the number to the Wildlife Command Center. They came to my house on Saturday a couple hours later and found the snake on the side of my house. It was a diamondback and very venomous. Tyler, the owner of the ABQ office, was incredible. He was kind, helpful, knowledgable and useful. Despite the fact that I was totally scared, he was a calming force. They took the snake, left the traps and now I can let my dog out. I highly recommend the Wildlife Command Center. Ask for Tyler. You won't be disappointed.

    Thanks!

I had a huge problem with mice in my home, especially over the cold winter. They destroyed two cabinets worth of food, filled up one of my boots with some of the rice they stole, and chewed a hole in one of my backpacks to get to my granola bars!

I called Wildlife Command Center and quickly set up an appointment. They were friendly and very flexible with my appointment time.

They sent their technicians, Scott and Tony, out to do an inspection and they found lots of spaces where the mice were getting in, as well as evidence of where the mice were traveling and nesting.

They were very professional and provided an entire list of entry points and problem spots, complete with photos of my chewed screens and pulled insulation. They priced everything out very reasonably and went over the possible solutions to each individual problem. Overall, they were very knowledgable and detailed in what the problems were, why they were problems, and what they could do to fix it, and why the fix worked in the short-term and long-term.

These mice were pretty destructive, so I agreed to the whole plan to keep them out. They were able to seal up my whole house foundation, dryer vent, etc in about 3-4 hours. The technicians were very polite and respectful of property, and also offered to show me what they were doing and how it worked to keep the mice out permanently.

So far, we haven't heard any mice in our cabinets, and we haven't found anymore destruction of food!

I should also mention that their solutions are eco-friendly and poison-free, so I didn't need to worry about any of that being in issue in and around my home.

I completely recommend this company and I'm very pleased with the results of their work!

We called The Wildlife Command Center when we discovered our attic was full of a colony of bats. We just purchased our home in December and had no idea what we were getting into. From the first phone call they made me feel at ease (if that's possible) about our situation. Michael came out that evening to assess our infestation and made a plan for excluding them. Since bats are protected animals (I had no clue), we were stuck with them until the baby bats were able to fly out on their own. In the meantime, Michael and his crew did all the prep work and gave us lots of tips on how to deal with the smelly situation that we had. I'm proud to say we are now BAT FREE! That is such a relief after nearly 3 hot, smelly months with about 100 bats living under our roof. The guys at Wildlife Command Center are very knowledgable not only with bat exclusion, but bats in general. They are super friendly and professional.

We had a bat infestation in our house and I called Mike with Wildlife Command Center. He was super friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and came out to my house they very next day. He did a thorough inspection of our house and came up with a game plan that was very convenient for me and my family. He and his team came out the following day and took care of business and we haven't had any little visitors since. They were very polite, courteous, knew their business well and reasonable price wise. I would work with them again anytime, I just hope I don't have to
