Seth was right on time, thoughtful, and very pleasant. They had a former video of our line from a previous owner and we're able to figure out where the issue likely was and took care of it.

Levi came out to inspect my cast iron pipe, his knowledge was superb, and corrected a pervious plumbers wrong diagnosis

The owner, Lethon Bayne, took my call for help on a recent Saturday and had two emergency calls before me - one of which was in Illinois. He arrived 20 minutes before the predicted arrival, analyzed the problem, and proceeded confidently to solve the issue. I would call him in a heart beat.

Met the Owner, Mr. Bayne. He answered my call for services and was here in twenty minutes. When I explained that I had a clog in my sikitchen sink drain he immediately diagnosed the problem and went to the basement to work on the pipe that leads up to the sink. It took maybe about 45mins to clear the drain. He was very professional cleaning up what was only some water that got on the floor. We highly recommend Gravity Drain Services. Will call them from now on.

I highly recommend Gravity Drains to everyone. They were camera-ing my line after a sewer main blockage caused a huge backup in my basement…..and discovered another imminent problem, and even helped me explain it to my property management association in order to get action taken in fixing the issue.

This company cleared my main sewer line which was clogged with roots. Kevin did great job! He was courteous, efficient, personable and had 27 years experience. I’d highly recommend this company!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have an emergency sewage leak situation in our basement and this company has told us for 3 days they are "on the way" and they have not shown up. This company is untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else.

Lethon (the owner) was able to unclog my main line when previous company failed. Professional equipment used was clean and adequate for the job. Plumbing is messy work but he kept it to the minimum and hosed off around the drain and towel dried it when the job was completed. Nice job!!!

Lethon was awesome. He arrived when he said he would, assessed and handle the situation professionally and seamlessly. Cleaned up, packed up and was done. So grateful for him, Gravity Drain and Root Away for referring me to Lethon (they couldn't get to my situation the same day).

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! We had repeated issues with a backup from the kitchen line in our basement, which impacted our ability to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. Other companies tried and failed to resolve the issue, but Jeff at Gravity Drains came up with a solution that was cost effective and actually worked!! From start to finish, the process and communication with Jeff and Lethon was great!!

The owner Lethon, showed up on an emergency call to fix our drain issue when another company failed to fix it. Lethon is a very nice guy and explained how we could prevent future problems and fixed the drain. Gravity Drain Services is the first call next time we have an issue.
