RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it. They hung a key box on our property to access it. It got broken then our property was broken into. Not once did they offer assistance even though it cost us over $3000. The final straw was that after the project was finally completed and we wrote the last check, they came back 2 months later saying we owed more money. I told them they needed to file a claim with our insurance as I've already paid out everything they submitted. Instead of doing that they waited a few more months then threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay. After a very heated conversation they finally contacted the insurance company and a check was cut. Avoid these people at all costs.

The KC First OnSite group is great to work with. I always know I am in good hands anytime we call them out to a loss. They communicate clearly and do quality work.

First Onsite has responded to emergency calls for the school district. They were fast to respond, The documentation and reports they submitted were precise. Carmen Martinez immediately responded to my phone call and was onsite within an hour to direct their staff. They finished the job ahead of schedule. First Onsite will be my first call in the future.

First On Site is very competitive in their pricing. I had them do a mold remediation / abatement of high value at a commercial property I manage and it was done very professionally and in a very timely manner. I do recommend!

Water came in my Loft. Jason, Mauricio, and Ron were able to take care of me. Knowledgeable, and professional.

I have very bad experience with Catco company. If I could I will put zero stars for Catco business . One day they was the storm and the tree fell on my house and damage only one room . My insurance company has contract with Catco and insurance company send Catco to fix my house. Catco took 5 months to fix only one room .Catco replace carpet , did ceiling paint the walls replace gutters and did the roof. I can't believe it took them 5 months. My deductible only 2500 and I paid Catco to start working on my house. My insurance company also send 2 checks for Catco. When Catco company was done with my house they have to send final bill to my insurance company and they didn't. Catco company keep harassing me I owe them money . Catco keep sending bills to my house and saying they're going to put a lien on my house if I don't pay them. In the future I will never will do business with Catco company again in my life .They do very bad job and they're very rude . Catco company has very bad customer service. I hope this review is helpful.

Pleasant and professional. I unfortunately spilled wine on my laptop and some research indicated that I needed to get I professionally washed due to the corrosive nature of wine. While Catco usually does large scale jobs rather than individual boards, the agreed to wash it anyway. Once washed, the technician indicated some areas did not clean up well and gave me identifying numbers on the motherboard for those areas. I had assumed that I would pay for their services whether the board's function was restored or not. The customer service desk person said that since the cleanup results indicated that the board function may not have been restored and they had no way that they could test it, they would simply return the board to me at no cost......... Gee. I thought that was very generous on their part. I have to say that being unemployed at present, I did not insist on paying. I very much appreciate the work they did for me and can only say that my experience with Catco was great.

Neighbors house caused water damage to mine. Left work early to meet with Co. rep who said they would take care of issue, spray antimicrobial, clean carpet and stretch back in place to original condition before water saturated carpets. Week later I check back, get the runaround he's talking to adjuster, will call me back, 2-3 weeks later I call again (they never return phone calls) and finally said I had to go back thru insurance company or file a claim with my insurance company. Wouldn't give me the name of the adjuster. Why can't companies just do the right thing. Why do we always have to get lawyers involved and end up paying thousands more . Where are the business ethics. now I'm on perpetual hold with USAA insurance , (said a 7 minute wait and so far its 23 minutes.

Ryan has always been there when I need him. He is always prepared and gathering information to promptly address the emergency situation. Communication is key in emergency situation and , Ryan, is always on top of it. Ryan takes that next step to assure everything is going smoothly. I am impressed with his dedication and superb professionalism in handling his clients needs.

Justin and his team responded quickly to some water damage. They were onsite within the hour, and were able to mitigate the damage so no extensive demo and repair had to take place. Highly recommend!

My house just isn’t the same. Our Project Manager never new what was goin on. Our sliding glass door isn’t right. They painted our house the wrong color, which we accepted because we wanted to get home. I have imperfections in our drywall that was never there. The whole process wasn’t well managed. Would not recommend.

Ive never left a review before but this is a big deal! I'm not picky or hard to get along with. IF could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would!!! I've chased this company around since May! Took them forever just to remove the tree that fell on my house. Charged my insurance a crazy amount(almost 10,000) just to remove a tree! Then I had to sign a separate contract to do the roof repair. The guy I was working with either quit or was fired. Suddenly the number I was quoted changed. I contacted my insurance and asked them to check into it. They told my insurance i told them i didn't want them to fix my roof anymore!! I had never said that!! That was the excuse for the change in cost!!? Don't trust these people!

BEEARE! onsite will charge you for items they did not do. They have caused us many problems it has taken over two years and they still have not completed my house and the items they did put in the house half dont work . They never respond in a timely fashion and the manager they had by the name of DAN was not a man of his word to fix these problems they hid it from corporate office for over a year. This has caused financial and personal problems for my family ..now we are still coming out of pocket to fix there mistakes. There construction workers left trash, beer bottles and urine filled water bottles to the point the homeowners association complained.

I have nothing but good things to say! They were professional and timely. Especially considering work was done during Covid, when seems every homeowner was doing improvements of all kinds. I spoke with several contractors from landscaping to windows and they were all booked out for months! So when water damage occured in my home, I was amazed, and quite pleased, First Onsite responded so quickly. Special thanks to Project Manager, Dan Lorhan. He was wonderful at keeping in touch with me on work progression, as well as giving me ideas and ways of stretching my dollars to get the most affordable outcome. I would highly recommend First Onsite!
