Constraction reviews in Independence, Missouri

Hector did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and competent--one look at my tub proves the truth to that statement. I was a bit reluctant at first, but Hector demonstrated his abilities, his work ethic, his professionalism during his time in my home. I recommend Hector without hesitation.

Hector was on time, very professional, and did an amazing job! We are loving our newly refinished countertops! Will definitely use him again, and refer him to family and friends. Thanks again Hector!!

Hector did a fantastic job on the tub refinishing. Would highly recommend!

Hector arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He explained the process and spent about 5 hours in total refinishing the tub.

He knew I had cats and was very careful and mindful of them during this process. Communication leading up to, during and after his service was excellent. He was super flexible with the appt day/time, too.

I would highly recommend him. (note, I wanted a full week after to ensure all was working well and no issues before posting this). Thank you, Hector.

Bathtub & Tile Restorations did an excellent job restoring the finish on my bathtub. Hector was able to work around my schedule and was very polite, affordable and efficient.

Hector repaired and reglazed our bathtub and helped find a plumber to replace the drain as well. Hector was completely professional and did an incredible job repairing and refinishing the tub. The tub had significant rust around the drain and overflow. Hector completely rebuilt these portions of the tub. Check out their videos. Their work is really amazing.

Hector also made sure to cover all of the floors to protect them from the front door to the work area. He was very clean and thorough and offered to go above and beyond what was expected. If you are looking for someone to repair and reglaze your tub, I would absolutely recommend checking out their videos and giving Hector a call.

A curtain rod slipped out of my hand over my jetted tub. It took about a quarter coin sized piece out of the tub. I immediately Googled tub repair and found your company. I sent a photo and requested info. In less than an hour's time, I had a quote for the repair and a service date for the repair to be completed, surprisingly within the same week. I was kept apprised of the arrival time on the date of service. Hector arrived on time and, after looking at the areas to be repaired, went right to work. In less than 1 1/2 hrs, he was finished with the repairs, and the work area was cleaned up as nice as it was when he arrived. I cannot say enough good things about Bathtub & Tile Restorations. This company is a class act! I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough what a beautiful job Hector did on my bathroom. He came in, He set up, He was very professional. I would highly recommend bathtub and tile restorations of Independence to anyone that would like to have the look of a new bathtub and shower at a fraction of the cost to replace it. Thank you again Hector you did a great job.!

Hector was very professional during the entire process. I contacted him asking for quote to glaze my bathtub. He sent quote by text but followed it up with email. He explained the entire process step by step including the chemicals he would be using. He arrived on time and took extra precautions to cover the carpet and area he was working in. The tub looks great. It was a pleasure working him and his price was affordable. I would recommend him to anyone

This is absolutely the best company to go with if you need your tub refinished. They were extremely responsive, had accurate and reasonable pricing, and did a quality job. Hector arrived on-time, took lots of care when protecting my floors / hallway, communicated all about what he was going to do and knocked out the whole job in one day. The notification and payment system was seamless, and I can’t get over how gorgeous my tub now is! 🙌

We had a very deep gouge on the front edge of our vanity top. The repair is virtually invisible. It looks great! Highly recommended company.

Hector did a great job. We are pleased not only with the quality of his work but also with the fair price of the project. In addition, there was no attempt to upsell for unnecessary work.

BTR is super easy to work with! Hector is great at communicating and explained everything they’d do and what to expect. I really appreciate that they got us in quickly!

He was very professional and work was amazing, would definitely recommended him to anyone. Thanks for a job well done

Hector did an AMAZING job on our shower and tub. His attention to detail is very impressive as the finished product looks brand new! We would highly recommend Bathtub and Tile Restorations. Hector, thank you again for a perfect finish!

Before and after are like Night and Day!! It looks beautiful! Thank you so much! You really went above and beyond!! Also it was the most affordable quote of almost 10 estimates i received!!

Eduardo worked magic on my bathtub from hell! I was struggling to find a solution to a cracking, defective tub. The cracks grew overtime, and a drip-sized leak started in the basement. I called area plumbers, thinking a new tub was the only solution and was almost ready to do a full replacement when I found a post about Bathtub & Tile Restorations in a local FB group. He was quick to respond and confident he could tackle the task. He assessed the tub, quickly sent over a detailed quote, and was able to fit me in within a week. When it came time for our appointment, he went above and beyond, including doing some extra work underneath the tub that wasn't in the original ask. He was friendly, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. And, his prices were very affordable! The tub looks BRAND NEW, and the drip is long gone. And he offers a warranty that left me feeling secure and even more confident in his work than I was already. I love the tub more than ever did, and I'll be recommending Eduardo to friends and family now and into the future. Trust me, HE IS WORTH IT! Make the call, get a quote, and see for yourself.

UPDATE: bathtub still looks beautiful! So beautiful, in fact, that a plumber thought it was original tub and not restored!! This week I messaged Eduardo about a leak that had developed (due to poor plumbing). Even though he’s not a plumber himself, Eduardo took time out of his day to assess the issue, find the problem, and against all odds (and an overpriced plumbing visit) repair it!!! All of this in less than an hour. This is the kind of service he gives customers, even after he’s made the sale and finished the work. standup guy and quality work! I’ll never stop recommending him.

We are so pleased with the job you all did for our bathroom. It was done in 2 days as promised and looks brand new. We will recommend you to everyone we know and also plan to use your services in the VERY near future. Thank you so much.
