Contracted with them to refinish our tub that previous owners had a liner inserted (glued) on top of the original cast iron. My concern was would we have to redo the walls after pulling the liner, they carefully removed it and the walls were left in perfect condition. They worked with my busy schedule and got it done with the tub only being unavailable for 1 day. They also added a non-skid finish. The tub looks Beautiful bright white now, and they warranty the work! I absolutely recommend!!

My spouse and I moved into a new house, and there was a patch repair job done on the tub that began to crack. We wanted to prevent further damage and were able to get in contact with Bathtub & Tile Restorations. We were given various options for fixes, which we appreciated, and we opted for the option fitting our current situation. We got an estimate done within a week, and within another week, we had our tub fixed with a turnaround time of 24 hours. It looks like the patch repair job the previous owners did never existed. We're able to use our tub without worry, and the 2-year warranty gives us an additional piece of mind. We have a before and after picture, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Hector was the person who came to do the estimate and fix our issue, he was friendly and answered all the questions we had. He also sent us aftercare instructions and made the process easy to understand. I highly recommend this company, and will probably use Bathtub & Tile Restorations later on for additional house projects.

Great job was done, can’t say enough about the great job done. I’m extremely happy with how my tub and countertop/sink refinishing turned out. I highly recommend Bathtub & Tile Restorations (BTR)!!! We own a duplex and needed to have both units tubs refinished. We searched Google to find a few companies to call. BTR had the highest rating of the companies close to us. We called on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm before closing and to our surprise a rep answered the phone. We were able to set up an appointment for Monday morning. Hector was our rep. He clearly explained the process and showed us samples. He also shared with us videos / pictures of work performed and their BBB rating of A. Hector was able to accommodate our last minute schedule and completed the work on both tubs the next day. The finished product looks terrific!! Both tubs look new!! The company also provided us with a list of safe cleaning products for refinished tubs that's we can provide to tenants. Hector is a Miracle Worker! I can not be happier about the transformation of this old cast iron tub! It is literally like brand new!

I very rarely leave a review on anything. However, I am pleased to take a few moments to express how impressed I am with this young, hard-charging entrepreneur. The pride and professionalism Hector exhibited, throughout my 1950’s bath tub renovation was well above what I had expected. He promptly returned text, email and phone calls with easy to understand receipt and signing. Showed up 5 minutes early (That’s on time) on the morning of the job, respected my home, explained to me the chemical process, safety measures of proper ventilation, and was done in a couple hours with a perfect tub. I called several places in KC, but Hector had the best prices by far. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere…Bathtub and Tile Restoration is legit! We received several quotes on refinishing our old tub. Hector communicated quickly and efficiently— plus has great reviews. So we paid the deposit and scheduled a date. Due to our own lack of detail,, even hector first arrived he wasn’t able to work on the tub and graciously let us reschedule. Which due to further plumbing issues, we had to push him out two more times and he always understood.

Well he finally completed the job and his work is incredible. Some dings around the top, and roughness around the drain all went away and the tub is smooth, fresh, and crisp. Thank you, hector! You gave our old tub new life!

I’ve been wanting to restore my bathroom for about 10 years. I was tired of seeing all the old, dirty grout and the black mildew or mold in the cracks. I was ashamed to let anybody use my bathroom and it was the only bathroom in my house. After getting a couple of bids on a total remodel I was discouraged. It was going to cost me between 12,000 and $20,000!
A couple of months ago I was on Facebook and I saw Hector and his team renovating bathrooms. He was showing his technique of how he could restore your ugly bathroom into a brand new looking bathroom at a fraction of the cost. I called him and he came out looked what I had and gave me a bid of what it would cost me to renovate my Bathtub, existing tile, and vanity top.
The cost was so economical that I immediately wanted him to start! Hector And his team were a joy to work with! They were completely professional from The beginning of the process and even days after they were complete with their job. Hector walked me through all of my concerns I had and reassured me every step of the way that I was going to have a beautiful bathroom at the end of this process. But it really wasn’t a process at all. It was just a couple of days and they were done!
I would recommend him and his team 100%! It’s worth just giving them a call and having him come out and look what you got to see what he can do for you! I’ve included pictures of before and after.

Hector did an AMAZING job doing our bathrooms (a shower and a tub). His attention to detail is very impressive as the finished product turned out 💯 PERFECT! Looks Brand New. Plus, he got both bathrooms done in one afternoon and he did a great job cleaning up when done. My husband is really picky and LOVED how Hector finished the job and he’s highly satisfied! We would absolutely highly recommend him!

Hector and his guys did amazing work for us! My tub got a hole in the bottom and they were the first company I contacted who offered to repair it instead of immediately going for replacement. Unfortunately, my tub couldn't be saved but Hector came up with solutions within my budget and now we have a beautiful bathroom. They were even able to fix the plumbing issue that caused the damage in the first place. Absolutely wonderful to work with and I will be hiring them for more work in the future!

Went here in hopes of purchasing a lawn mower. Most looked rusty and some even looked used. Several options were 100$ or more over the msrp price. We had questions regarding one that we were hoping to purchase and waited 30mins until we decided they obviously didn't care and weren't worth their time. We left empty handed. The last time we came we purchased about 10 bags of sand and rocks. Bought another 7 of mulch and had 3 employees walk by as we were obviously struggling to load. Rude and lazy employees

I wish I went in to purchase a bunch of lumber to build a 10 x 12 deck 4 ft high off the ground with a walkway 20 ft long 5 ft wide 4 foot off the ground to an existing deck well I was loading up the lumber one of the employees in the department for treated lumber stood and watched me load my cart didn't bother to help me or even asked if I needed help until the last two boards that I purchased. Then after checkout no one asked me if I needed help loading up and there was another gentleman waiting outside that had just purchased 30 bags of cement that had been requesting someone to help him load because he couldn't do it by himself. While I was loading up, a young kid came outside that works in the pro department area I assume, helped him load two bags of cement and then went back inside. Now when somebody comes in and makes a huge purchase like we did you would think that there would be employees or staff willing to help you but in this case no one did.
