I use Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric as my trusted home systems maintenance and repair needs.
They communicate well and confirm alignment of information in scheduling.
My service technician is always prompt and very experienced with the function of all my home equipment. He provides clear explanations of maintenance needs and potential problems to be aware of with my generator and in my home central air and heating system.
I found these guys when I needed my generator serviced and now entrust all my home systems to their care.

I was really happy with Bob's demeanor, service and invoice ($0 for my annual tune up!). Im glad my husband chose Anthony's Plumbing when I was going to opt for a less expensive service. My husband died a year ago, but took great care of me with that decision.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Lisa was informative and so kind when setting up the appointment. They called when on their way and gave us plenty of notice of arrival time. Richard was wonderful! So helpful and patient with our older house. Our drainage system is working great again. Definitely will be calling back for any future home needs.

Anthony Plumbing is fabulous! Remington did a great job repairing the outside spigots. He was informative, polite and had a Professional fun attitude. The project was completed as promised! I mentioned another Plumbing concern and he and Tom took care of that with a great approach.

Excellent customer service starting with Bryan evaluating our HVAC requirements for two mini-splits. He was thorough, asked the right questions and provided the total cost which was very reasonable and lower than their competitors. Josh, James and Wilder were the installation technicians and executed their jobs in a professional and personable manner. They worked very well together and communicated with us throughout the day. Will provide pics tomorrow. First time using Anthony plumbing and will call upon them in the future. Decided to use them as our HVAC yearly maintenance as well. Highly recommend.

My most recent experience with Anthony PHCE:

Furnace went out on Friday night/Saturday morning. Technician Abigail Yother was sent out to my home and it was diagnosed as a failed gas valve that would require replacement and part would not be available until Monday. Estimate $1250. Later in the day a retired neighbor who previously worked in HVAC spent under an hour looking at the system and got it working again and it has been working normally since then. The neighbor who looked at the system said there was a loose connection to the gas valve and it was not getting power. He also said a tube had some gritty debris he cleared away. This person said they did what amounted to basic maintenance of the system and tightening the connections to the gas valve to resolve the issue.

I called Anthony PHCE the following Monday to cancel the service appointment and report the furnace was working again. I also requested that the service call fee be refunded due to misdiagnosis. I offered to have a more senior technician come out to evaluate the system and confirm it was working normally. Technician Kris Kubis was dispatched the next day. Kris said my neighbor probably didn’t actually do anything and spent the entire visit brainstorming possibilities as to how the system could have experienced an intermittent failure and how the initial technician was actually probably correct. At the same time, Kris also said that Abigail was a newer, inexperienced technician and misdiagnoses can happen. Kris suspected that my furnace and google nest that had been functioning normally for 4 years are probably incompatible and suggested installing a new thermostat to fix the issue. Ultimately, by the time Kris left I was still unclear as to whether their recommendation was to replace the thermostat or the gas valve, and I was told I was unlikely to get a refund. The good news is I’m not out $1250 at this point, only $89 that Anthony charged for the misdiagnosis and the $80 my neighbor charged for the simple fix. Luckily I have an awesome neighbor and I didn’t have to wait all weekend for my wife and kids to have heat.

I discussed the estimate that I was given with both the neighbor and a family member who does hvac and they both reported that even if they had to replace the gas valve, that’s typically something they would charge closer to $500 for.

As a more general report on my experience with Anthony coming out for routine maintenance checks: if they recommend something (they always will), never agree to the initial estimate because they will contact a week or so later and offer a huge discount.

Using Anthony Plumbing was a very positive experience! The first plumber we called were unable to clear the basement lines and ready to charge 4000 dollars worth of unnecessary work. We called Anthony Plumbing and they came first thing the next morning. They were able to clear all the lines, testing each one , insuring all were clear. We were informed we needed minor work done . Very honest company! They’ll return for a free camera inspection and replace a 40 dollar part ,, a pvc floor drain . We are grateful for knowing an honest plumbing company , will always call Anthony Plumbing for any future issues !

Cassandra and Kade did an excellent job addressing a whole house water pressure issue. Needed a new PRV on main line as old one was not functioning. Checked pressure coming in and out and increased flow from 50 psi to 75 greatly improving flow to standard. The PRV was replaced with a new (and higher quality) valve and also added in a drainage valve above the PRV that was needed. After the service they helped check pressure throughout the home. Even assisted in cleaning out our shower heads and sink nozzles to ensure proper flow. Anthony isn't cheap but you get what you pay for with their services and warranty. Happy customer.

2/20 Update: I also had Nathaniel come out today for my annual heating inspection and tuneup. He was amazing as well.

The technician that came out to service my plumbing did a wonderful job. He was very respectful very very kind and just a joy to even speak with. You would never think that that type of customer Service is around these days, but he did an excellent job and you all are a wonderful company for me to work with and very efficient and very very customer friendly. I appreciate all that you do. thank you

Anthony's service is very professional and friendly plumbers that explain what is going on, very detailed. Anthony's plumbing did everything they said they would do in great timing. Communication was impeccable, they would call me before I called them.

This was some of the best service I've ever received. The technician, Joel, was outstanding. He explained everything extremely well and made the repairs as well as putting in an automatic shut off valve in case we have a water leak while we are out of town. I highly recommend!

Skyler also did a great job – she was the technician that came in and put an electrical outlet in place for us. Very impressive team!

I can’t say enough good things about Anthony’s and recommend them all the time. Today Bobby Blades was the technician who came for my furnace inspection. While here he was able to replace the thermostat I had already purchased. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and was a pleasure to work with. There were no issues with the furnace so it was a quick, productive service call. I’ve used every division of this company and truly appreciate the fact that their techs are qualified, provide great customer service and do not push or upsell. All in all a great company with superior standards.

Our basement cast iron sewer line was totally replaced in 2 days. 2 different crews worked on the project. Both welcomed questions and readily answered them. They were very open to my watching the progress on the work. They cleaned up after themselves and left the work area clean. I was very satisfied with the job and how fast and efficient they were. I have used Anthony's in the past for projects and have been very satisfied with their work. They also stand behind their work and if you aren't satisfied they will work until they meet with your satisfaction. Would recommend them for heating/cooling and your plumbing jobs.

The experience was great. Quick, clean, respectful, and did an amazing job. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don’t care for their scheduling system. You make an appointment for a day of the week. You don’t get to schedule for a time frame or even morning or afternoon. You just schedule the day and have to wait for them to call you when they’re 30 minutes out. This won’t work for everybody. Luckily I had a day I could be available all day but many people don’t have that luxury. Great work though!

Kelsey serviced the tankless water heater at the house which we recently purchased. It appeared that it hadn't been serviced in quite some time. But Kelsey did a wonderful job. She was quick to descale the unit. She also replaced a few valves for us and did some other general maintenance. She shared some of her expertise with us so that in the future we could descale the unit ourselves. Thank you Kelsey for getting our hot water up and running again. And just in time with Christmas only days away.

I had an appointment scheduled today, Sunday, March 8, 2026, for my HVAC annual maintenance checkup. Jahvon was my technician. He was punctual, extremely professional, quite knowledgeable, and very thorough. It was an awesome experience meeting a technician that was educated in the field and knows what they are doing as well as having the integrity to be quite trustworthy. He found a few items that needed to be repaired during the inspection - showed me pictures of the items before and after the repairs. Additionally, Jahvon researched my current warranty status with the previous installer online before quoting me a price for the repair. I was also impressed that he had the parts on his truck readily available if I chose for him to complete the repairs. I didn't have to wait nor reschedule another appointment to make this happen. A sincere THANK YOU to Jahvon and Anthony for a job well done!!!!

Hello - My wife and I woke up this morning, only to be face with a disaster… The smell of smoke was scary enough but then we discovered our water heater went out! Anthony’s Plumbing emergency response time was amazing. From the time we woke up and the time the technician was completed with a brand new system took approximately 4 hours! We are blessed and thankful for your professionalism and commitment to your customers/community.
