I've had to call 3 times in the last 2 months and their always out here immediately to fix the issue. I'll continue using C&S Furnace. Very helpful and nice

Always prompt. Always professional. Reasonable costs. We have had them service our home air conditioner and furnace for years. Also had them replace both units when they were getting old. Just added a whole house humidifier to the furnace last year (much less hassle than our old Sears humidifier).

C&S has helped my grandmother with her HVAC needs for many years now. They really came through yesterday for her. Her air was blowing warm and it was going to be one of the hottest days of the year. I called C&S and they were swamped, yet they prioritized her due to her age and medical conditions. She is 93 and is on oxygen. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and would highly recommend.

Well, I hate to spend money, but we had to replace our furnace.... we've used C&S Furnace for maintenance through the years and always been happy, so I called them. They went completely beyond my expectations!! They studied our floorplan, listened to our concerns and talked to several experts to recommend the best "fit" for our needs. My 26 year old furnace finally died on Wednesday, and they had a cancellation for Thursday, but they didn't want us to suffer even one cold night, so they sent a tech FREE OF CHARGE to get it running. I can't recommend these guys enough!!!

Honest, experienced, and competent. After I had one of the big names in town "repair" my A/C (replace the blower motor), it still wasn't working properly. That same big name came back out and told me i was actually also low on refrigerant, and wanted another $400 to perform a leak search. My father in law then recommended C&S Furnace for future repairs. Bill from C&S came out the next day and quickly diagnosed & fixed my problem (new blower motor had been wired incorrectly by the big name company). Bill then took me outside and verified the refrigerant levels were correct. As we headed back inside, Bill told me "I think when you walk back inside, it's going to feel like your house is finally starting to cool off" and he was right! C&S has reasonable pricing and their technicians are experienced and honest.

The hot summer days are upon us already. Came home and found a hot house Friday evening and left a message with C&S. So surprised and happy to get a call Saturday afternoon saying he’d be here within an hour. In a very short time we were up and running again. Can’t say enough about this great business! Thank You C&S! You’ve taken excellent care of our family for years.

Our thermostat gave out on us last night. After a chilly evening, we called C & S. Bill was there within an hour. He gave us choices as far as types of thermostats and had the one we chose installed quickly and efficiently! We also have them maintain our furnace and air conditioner each year. They always give fair prices and great service! I’m very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

I am so thankful for my technician. My ac stopped blowing cold air. My house was 87 degrees inside. It was a hour before closed on Friday. My technician was so kind and knowledgeable. He came out and fixed the issue. Now I am able to finally relax and enjoy this cold air. The price was definitely affordable and the education he provided me was priceless. I just felt like I was in really good hands. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC company.

A.C. unit wasn't working properly. Two (2) technicians came out and found the problem. They made the repairs to the A.C. unit. Safe me the cost of a new A.C. unit. Highly recommend C &S Furnace Co. They go the extra mile to safe the customer additional expenses.

Always a great experience when the technician's come out. Ben was personable and patient with all of the questions he was asked. There was no doubt at all that he knew what he was doing. We always take the recommendation we receive to heart because we know it's not about upselling but because they care about their customers! Best decision EVER to have Anthony's take care of all our needs.

Friendly and expedited service. We called at 6 o’clock on a Thursday evening and had a technician out to our house the following morning to attend a leak in our bathroom sink drain.

Anthony M. was upfront and honest about any costs associated with the type of repair we would need allowing us to make an informed and educated decision. Eventually, we plan on replacing the pedestal sink in our bathroom with a vanity countertop, but for now the budget only allowed the repair needed for the drain trap. You can bet that we will be calling on the services again when we finally have the time and resources to complete the bathroom remodel.

We have had years of great service from Anthony, but our plumbing inspection this week was off the charts. Our technician Anthony (appropriately named) was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and he took the time to walk us through everything. Very practical suggestions. No pressure. Can’t say enough good things about this man.

Inspection was included in our ASP plan, so we paid $19.98, and he was here over two hours.

Cork Cavin was our tech guy. He was so nice and professional. He made us feel like a friend instead of a customer. He got our furnace up and running super fast, because it is really cold. Our 16 month old grandson was here and he got down to his level when he went over to say hi to Cork. We need more people like him in the world. Thank you so much Cork!

I had a Pipe burst in my basement. The pipe was near my fuse box so the plumber called and an electrician. Dylan came to my residence quickly. He was friendly and kind and he got right to work. After evaluating the situation and checking the fuse box, the outlets and everything else he needed to check, he explained to me so that I understood the outcome of his evaluation. Thankfully, everything was OK. Dylan was so gracious and kind. I’m just so glad that he was my electrician!

My parents recommended Anthony Plumbing, Heating and Cooling because the company is available 24/7. I called for an appointment Monday night and I was on the schedule the next day. The service tech was personable, remembered to put on shoe covers and listened carefully while I explained the situation. The repair happened quickly and there was no mess. I'll call Anthony again if I have a plumbing issue. Thanks!

Alex was great and really explained all the issues in detail. He knew alot about plumbing and many other things. He was very meticulous in his work, he set timers when he needed to check a drain issue. Many would of just waited a few minutes but he would wait the exact time. I was impressed! He was very helpful in his recommendation and I would recommend him to others!

Excellent service! I called and got scheduled the same day. Justin Krah provided a tremendous experience by providing great customer service, explaining his entire process, and cleaning every spot he accessed. Overall, Anthony is the best company in the area for any heating, plumbing, electrical, or cooling needs!

Hired and scheduled a full HVAC installation. Team was very communicative with me throughout the process. Worked efficiently and completed the task that was issued to be performed. No damage caused during the install. Did a good job at cleaning up after the install. Overall service was solid on many levels.
