Very knowledgeable and hard working. It made my plumbing issue a dream. They came out as promised. Did the job above and beyond what I had expected. Took the time out to explain the issue and told me about the other services that they offer. I would highly reccomend their services.

Paul came out to conduct my yearly furnace and hot water heater inspection and cleaning. I have used Morton Man for years now. They are trustworthy and do quality work!

Veteran's Day 2013, Adam came to clean and repair my old Carrier furnace. This was not an emergency but he came soon after I called. Charge was $25 for service call plus $49 to clean and then extra for the part and time to fix. Could not afford a new furnace now. He also partnered with his associate, Joe. Both very knowlegeable, thorough, polite and I will use again.

I called them Monday morning because my heat is out. They said they were very busy but they were sure they would get to me by the end of the day. Nothing. I called again Tuesday morning, I was assured they would be here by mid to late afternoon. Nothing. I called again Wednesday. I begged them that if they didn’t want my money to please refer me to someone else. I was told that I was absolutely the next on the list and I would hear from them soon. It’s now 5:30pm and I haven’t heard a word from them. How many days do I continue to be held hostage in my home waiting for them to show up? At least have the courtesy to tell me you aren’t coming so I don’t sit here waiting. It’s obvious that my time is not worth anything to these people.

I love using this company, they are always on time and very friendly. I feel comfortable with them in my home, he is always smiling and ready to help when I call & the prices aren't bad. I strongly suggest that you give him a call

I had a pipe in my kitchen get clogged on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I called all the local plumbers in Grain Valley, Oak Grove, and Blue Springs and left messages for them to call me back at their earliest convenience. None of them did. The next day I called Roto Rooter and they happily came out but as I was reading reviews online it seemed like they would be double or triple in pricing compared to most plumbers. I called Bob Hamilton Plumbing and they said that they would have someone come out the next morning. At noon I get a call saying it will be around 4pm and at 4pm I get a call that they are not coming. I set up a time for Sunday afternoon and they never called or showed up. Tuesday morning I called all the local plumbers again and none of them had any interest in coming out and helping me. Finally, a friend referred Mortan's. They showed up an hour later and charged me only $125 for the work. Bob was very pleasant to work with and a professional. I would highly recommend this company.

They replaced all the plumbing in our house after the pipes froze and it is all beautiful and up to code! Their work is perfect and everything was reasonably priced.

Paul came out Monday evening to look at my air conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Arthur came back out to do the work and stayed steady in it working in some sweltering heat and got my air conditioner up and running. Answered all my questions and kept me informed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any work.

Excellent response time in the middle of a heat wave. Do to the heat, they showed up many hours before they originally quoted. Very knowledgeable and had parts on hand. My father has used Morton's for years and sense I've moved back to the area, I too will always use Morton's for any of my HVAC needs. They are also known for their LOW $25 service call and great pricing. Highly recommend them.

I have had great service for my installation of heating system that has lowered my utilities. And fast response for hot water installation that has also positively impacted my utility bills. Recently, I had to call for what I thought was a problem (turned out to be a minor adjustment). Service call expenses are more than reasonable for customers. Mortan Man's staff are professional, honest, careful and are ready to go the extra mile.

I can't say enough good things about the service that they gave me this weekend. All the HVAC companies were slammed this weekend yet they still got out to me within a couple of hours. The service man didn't try to yank me around and do a bunch of unnecessary BS which is rare for these companies. He repaired what needed repaired, gave me a great price and and he didn't tinker to drive up the price. They are definitely getting my future business.

Have used this company for years honest and so trust worthy. Once in the middle of the night it was freezing mor tons came and fixed my furnace was just a little fuse but was a big deal to me. Wish I could give them more stars. Arthur is amazing.

After contacting my home warranty company yesterday because my AC stopped working and never receiving a call back, we called this company and they called us back within an hour and had someone out in less than 2 hours on a Saturday. I can't remember the guys name, but he was very professional and very quick. My ac is now running and the house is cooling off quickly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Morton Man is great! They have a great a/c tune up special and checked to make sure everything is working great. They also found debris in my heating unit that was missed by 2 other companies. They were also reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used this company multiple times. Their pricing is competitive and fair. I haven’t had to wait for more than a day for an appointment and even had the need once for someone on the job after hours same day. Each service person sent has been professional and courteous always respectful of my time and property. Highly recommend Mortan Man!

They were very quick to respond and were transparent with us about their wait times for service when we called about our water heater not working. Jake came by graciously after 5pm on a Friday to still check out what was going on. He wasn’t able to fix anything but did give us the advice to troubleshoot over the weekend. The amount of rain from the storms got the base of our heater too wet to keep the pilot light flame on. He showed us what to try and said if it didn’t work to give him a call back. Well, it worked. We really appreciated his time, knowledge, and great customer service.

Luckily, i went in the basement to do a wash, and noticed a broken pipe on my furnace...exhaust pipe from furnace going to chimney. Knew about the CO2 threat, so immediately called my furnace guy, Paul at Mortan Man in Independence. Arthur came out quickly to assess what they needed, got the parts and Jake installed new flu...less than 4 hours later, house is warm again!! Thanks Morton Man Heating, A/C and Plumbing! -- good people!
