Reviews of local pros in Independence, Missouri

I recently had the pleasure of working with Arbor Multiservices LLC for tree trimming services, and I am beyond satisfied with the results. From the start, the experience was seamless. The company offers free estimates, which made it easy to get an accurate understanding of the costs involved without any surprises. Not only did I meet with the owner, but we had a follow up with his highly experienced climber, Victor.
The team, led by the owner Gunter, was exceptionally professional and efficient. They completed the job within a quick timeline (one day!), which was impressive given the scope of the work. Our trees look fantastic, and the cleanup afterward was meticulous—our yard was left spotless!
What really stood out was the excellent communication with Gunter. He was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were happy with the service. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend Arbor Multiservices LLC for anyone needing tree services. Their top-notch service, quick turnaround, and outstanding customer care make them a standout choice!
Simply put, 5-star and 100% would recommend Arbor Multiservices LLC!

Arbor Multiservices did an absolute fantastic job removing two trees and one large stump from my property. They were quick and very tidy while performing the removal. They were able to safely remove both trees near my home and did not damage anything including the lawn itself with their equipment.

Nice guy

Clint did is an amazing job. He communicated well and kept me informed the whole time. The prices were affordable and fair compared to other businesses I contacted. I highly recommend this tree service. Clint is a real life spider man. Awesome work and super fast.

Steve is the best!! Needed some trees removed and cleaned up. Called Steve and he came out the same day and quoted me. Very reasonable prices. Him and his crew are amazing!

Very dependable and reasonable...love his service..book him!!

I wouldn't have even given them a one, but had to select a star for it to be posted. This is what Steve's Trees and Contracting did. The tree was already down due to the winds last week. The agreement was to remove it off the property, but they left 7 ft of the tree behind. They also took it upon themselves to use the home owners burn pile to dispose of part of the tree.
The business won't even return their calls.
So unprofessional... I would stay away from hiring them

Thank you for the excellent work on my trees they look beautiful and now. I can once again plant a garden.

He cracked my driveway and left without saying a word. Terrible business. Would not recommend.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Couldn’t ask for better service, affordable, and kindness! Plus it’s family owned! Do yourself a favor and call them for all your needed services! I will recommend them to anyone I know now! Thank you so much!

He gave me olans to cut bag the limbs I was fearful if dropping and destroying beighbors house because otherwise healthy tree. So, t h sts what I'vd decided to fo. Not aggressive. Very mannerly not anxious to have all the money..I like dealing with him and his suggestions

They were very friendly, trimmed my trees and gave me a fair price compared to others we called. Made sure everything was picked up before they left. Would recommend!

I wont use anyone else. Great service and happy results!

Steve was friendly, offered fast and efficient service and did a wonderful job on my tree removal. I couldn't be happier! Highly reccomend!

Did a great job trimming my dogwood & cleaned up to my satisfaction. I especially appreciated his response to my request when others didn't do small jobs and/ or not show up or answer my calls. Have found my new tree trimmer.

Steve and his team are heros! My problem was a kitten stuck in a tree. I called several tree service companies, and got several "no we can't help you". Steve was ready to rescue! He also took the time to answer questions regarding a tree on my property. I will definitely be doing business with this company again for all my trees (I have several)!

Thank you Steve. Listened to our concerns and took care of the job. Prompt and efficient.

Scheduled an estimate. Never showed or called to let me know they were not coming. Complete waste of my time.
