It is sad when I see a business with such high reviews act so unprofessional. I am unsure if it is an issue with new management but my tenant still does not have power because of this company. On Friday, January 24th I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very nice on the phone and set up an appointment for rental property to find out why one of the rooms does not have power. The appointment was set for 10:30 on Tuesday and I worked from home to meet them. At 10:30 I texted them without any response. I then called at 11:00 and was told that they were held up, and I understand things happen so I waited. At 12:36 I was called by a different team member to detail the work I needed. He specifically asked if I had any light fixtures to install. I guess because I answered no to this, my business was not important. I would certainly not trust this company on its work since they cannot even make their appointments.

Anthony was available on short notice, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained all PPE/COVID safety protocols while he worked. I will definitely hire him for any future needs I have.

The work was done very professionally. Anthony Davis was prompt in returning my messages and phone calls. I would consider Anthony for future electrical work.

Very pleased with service - Knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Installed dimmer switch, repaired new ceiling fan connection/remote (wires had been installed incorrectly) - works perfect now! Also replaced disposal switch in kitchen. Will definitely use again - have another ‘list’ of to do items!

Anthony was personable, professional and went above snd beyond to finish my light fixture and ceiling fan installation. We will definitely use him in the future.

Horrible experience. Didn't t know what he was doing. Told me from the start he knew what to do. Started watching youtube videos half way through to figure out how to finish my project. Charged me more than I was quoted in the end. He should have been honest from the start about his lack of knowledge. He should have not taken the job. Would not recommend. Ask Him prior if he has ever done what you are asking him to do. Be cautious.

Anthony arrived on time, assessed the project, worked quickly, and completed the removal of 3 exhaust fan/lights and installed the new ones in a timely manner. We definitely will use him again should we have need for an electrician.

I had been having issues with power outages at my home and needed an idea of what was going on and what my options could be. I found out about AD through a group on Facebook and gave them a call.

They came out the next morning! The electrician wore a mask before he even got out of the truck and was very respectful of my desire to physically distance as much as possible.

He was knowledgeable and explained what the issue was (soft breakers) and gave an estimate for it if I chose to do it (he recommended I really didn't need to, which my wallet appreciated). Best of all: no charge for taking a look.
