I just moved in my home my air went out it's been out for 2 weeks we have a home warranty we put the order in he came out the very next day he called to set up a time to come out he came out that evening. So he said he change a part in the inside he saw was bad he never went outside and check our unit outside he said changing that part should work the air never came on. The air never worked. We called the next day Sat. We received no response left a message no called back we figure Sunday they were closed okay so now its Monday been calling since 10am just the answering machine after 2 rings left messages never received any messages back or anything. It is very unprofessional we not even get a phone call back or you even answer the phone when you see the same number come across your phone constantly.

Outstanding company! These people really take pride in their work and their customers. Ive been dealing with them for 8 years now and they will go above and beyond when you need them. It seems like every time I have a problem with my A/C its on a Friday evening and everyone is closed on the weekend but thankfully Air-Flo will go the extra mile if you really need them. They are all about service and will do whatever is humanly possible to be there when you need them. Thank you Air-Flo for keeping my home comfortable.
