Great experience. I had 3 plumbing jobs-1 necessary and 2 “wants.” Eric from Midwest Heating Cooling & Plumbing came out prepared to fix the necessary and when I asked about the “wants” which was replacing 2 toilets he gave me options and an estimate. The estimate was fair and I was able to schedule with him later in the week. Eric was professional, prompt, personable and got all 3 jobs done.

My furnace had an issue that caused it not to start up just before an ice storm came through. The tech came out in a timely manor regardless of the weather. He took his time and throughly tested my furnace. After coming to a conclusion he called their shop to make the best offer they could for the work. All of this was done infront of me, so I felt nothing was being hidden or misleading. After offering a very fair price they asked if I wanted to do the work myself. I opted to give it a shot with their reassurance that the offer to do the work was good even if they needed to come back at a later time. I felt good paying the diagnosis fee as it felt like I truly received a service that benefited me, and ended up doing the job myself. I would highly recommend this company and will be returning to them if and when I have any need for a service they provide!

From quote to installation, our new HVAC system went flawlessly. Midwest not only upgraded the equipment, but made sure all the associated components, connections and supply lines were to specification so the system would operate in the most efficient manner per the manufacturer. Of the companies I quoted, they were the only one who offered this level of detail. The installers were superb also!
