gregory from hancock brothers plumbers was fantastic. he took the time to check all my possible leaks and was really friendly, making everything easy to understand. gregory knew a lot about plumbing and even showed me where someone had put broken up clay sealant down my sink, which explained why it was clogged. he was very thorough, showing me a short video of a leak under my bathroom sink caused by a worn out seal. he replaced the seal with skill, explaining that we first thought the slow leak was just from a loose screw. i would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with plumbing leaks—he treated my home like it was his own.

outstanding customer service. i called in the morning about a backed-up drain, and they said they might be able to send someone the same day, but if not, it could be the next day. since we were having company over, i mentioned we really needed help soon, and they showed up at my place in kansas city within the hour. mason was the plumber who came out, and he quickly figured out the issue was a clogged pipe from too much toilet paper, not a full tank like i thought. he stayed positive and explained everything, showing me exactly what was going on and how he would fix it. i was really impressed by how thorough and hardworking he was. if i could give more than five stars, i would!
