Horrible experience with this company, do not trust him with his contract, stated full sewer line but only replaced partial even though inspection and sewer line scope showed there was still cracks and break in the line, do not recommend for sewer line replacement, very shady contractor

I had John and Glenn replace old galvanized pipes for disposal and washing machine. The job they did, was excellent. Both were very professional and completed this major project very quickly. Clean up was perfect. Would recommend Zoom Drain for any plumbing needs to anyone I know. I'll never use any other company

Gene did a terrific job on my very naughty elderly drain. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I have to give him an A+. It is rare for a service person to be so personable especially under some grungy circumstances. Top notch.

I booked an appointment online for an available time the next day, got an email acknowledging my request, but didn’t get a followup call. I called their number to verify the appointment the day of my booked time and got their AI phone service. Tried to verify/rebook. Still have not received any communication from them. Perhaps they sense the futility of trying to at this point?

Had massive roots blocking my pipes. They came out and worked fast and got it all cleared out.
