Great, company these guys where great, very knowledge and went above and beyond. Brought in dirt and seed, filled in any little holes in the yard there clean up was very impressive. Looked 10x better than it did before they got there!

They did the work they said they would, for the quoted price, but we should have asked more questions. For instance, they killed most of the grass on our front lawn. The owner said he’d be by to fill in the holes (the large holes made from tree branches and such hitting the ground), but he never came by with the promised dirt for the holes and grass to re-seed the lawn.

It seems everything they own is leaking oil, as our street in front of the house is now marked by innumerable oil leak stains. They had to keep stopping work at our house to go to “an emergency”. That might well be the case, but when I have to clean up your ropes and gear from our yard and driveway simply so we can access our garage door, that’s not very professional.

I would guess the company over-committed themselves to jobs. The gentleman I interacted most with seemed very knowledgeable and well-versed in the field, unfortunately he was not the owner. Also unfortunately, he kept being left with “help” that was not up to the job and couldn’t complete an entire day’s work.

If you use this guy, I’d make sure you get in writing what he’s committing to from start to finish. Make sure you know he’ll fix your yard if he tears it up, rather than just ghosting you when he gets the money.

My neighbor had a medium dead tree leaning up against his house. He was in desperate need to get it removed. Not thinking he didn't call around to get quotes. This man is a crippled and a handicap and making it day to day. This company came out looked at him and his situation. And robbed him blind for what they charged him for this very simple removal. At first they wanted $2,800. He explained to them he could not afford that. So then they conned him out of $1,500. That is not professional business sense. And all the Neighbors in this area are very aware of this company now. That job shouldn't have cost over $700 even that is too much. It's pretty sad when people trust companies and turn around and get the shaft. There's nothing American about this company. People beware this company tries to get rich off of one person at a time. Please shop around and get quotes.

The team was available really quickly. They were very communicative and flexible with unexpected scheduling changes. They did a fantastic job removing my tree and the yard was cleaner than when I left it. Would definitely use American Tree Men again!

I had a tree that fell against my house and was laying against my power lines. I called them for an estimate and they came right away. They gave me a good price and we moved it for me that day. Very smooth transaction. I highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Tyler came by to give us an estimate. After looking at the job he said he would take care of the job right then and there. The job required a chainsaw and some heavy lifting and took about 50 minutes to complete. Tyler was polite, friendly, and a very hard worker. The cost of his services was unbelievably fair. I would certainly recommend this tree service.

Started off great. Work was done, the 2 guys doing the work were nice and professional. They did some damage to another good tree, I get it accidents happen. However no apology from owner/management, said they would come back and trim up that tree they damaged - crickets, after they get your money you don't hear from them again. Too bad for them, I convinced a neighbor not go with them and I will continue to spread the word.

Do what you say you will do and follow up - goes a long way

Had these guys come out and help us remove a tree, so we could move forward on a job came out and removed it the next day. Great group of guys. Definitely recommend!

I've gone back and forth trying to figure out if I was going to leave a review or not. So I've finally decided I'm going to. We connected through thumbtack and they came out pretty quickly to do an estimate. The estimate was in line with a lot of the other estimates I got. One thing I noticed when I was speaking with them on the phone was I was getting spoken over constantly. That continued when they were doing the service. I was told they would do a couple of extra trees if I paid them in cash. One of the trees got done another one did not. I gave them three stars because I was happy with some of the work. But there was still a lot that didn't get done. And I was told that they were not going to come back to trim off one or two little branches. It was not one or two little branches it was half of one tree that didn't get touched. They also shattered the glass on our patio table didn't tell me about it. And then just left it laying pieces all over the ground.

They had to take down part of our fence to get equipment into the backyard. Which was totally fine. But when they were finished they didn't put the fence back up. We did. They also told our neighbor that they would seed her yard because the equipment that they used tore up her grass. They didn't do that either. I sent him text messages over the weekend to bring up the things that I was unhappy with. He said he was with his family and would get back to me the beginning of the week. Which was fine I just wanted to make sure that I sent the text message while I was thinking about it. But then he never reached back out. He just ignored me.

I would not hire them again and would not recommend them.

I had American Tree Men come out this past week, they showed up on time and came ready to work. They took out 2 maples that where split and trimmed up our oaks. Tyler the owner was very knowledgeable on the trees and the health of the trees!

These guys are awesome. They are definitely are very skilled .
I will call them again. They did everything that was promised. Clean up was perfect. Fence line clean and all problems removed. Thank you Tyler and the crew . Everyone very polite and friendly .I am very satisfied
