Luke showed up 20-30 minutes after I called him, gave me a Great price in his estimate, scheduled a day to grind 5 stumps, showed up early and had all of these large stumps done by the afternoon, I couldn’t believe it!! Luke quickly and courteously provided a reasonable quote and showed up when he said he would. He kept us informed as the work progressed. Clean up when done was thorough. Very happy with the final result he delivered for on a huge stump, and gladly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Stump pros and especially with Luke. He did a bang up job removing a large stump from my front yard. SECOND UPDATE: A team came out yesterday to grind down the stumps left from the initial tree/bush removal. They were very professional and the yard looks great where the work was done. I also had the yard seeded in between the big tree trimming and the stump grinding, and the lawn person said the tree people did a great job and left the ground fully prepped for the seed. I really can't recommend this company enough!

UPDATE: Arbor Masters came out to do the second phase of my tree work yesterday and holy cow!! It was A LOT!!! Two huge oak trees - one in the front and one in the back. The men who worked on them said they likely hadn't been touched in 10 years.
A neighbor said it was more like 15. They were so bad that the next door neighbor came over and thanked me for getting them trimmed. The crew was so professional, didn't mind when I came out to ask questions and they actually were there until 7:30 pm. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

We have worked with Walker Tree Service in the past and Arbor Masters recently bought them out but retained Johnathan who we have been working with. They just did the first phase of some tree work I needed done, and it looks great! Some of the additional work needs to be done in October but requires Evergy to cut tree branches away from power lines in the back. They arranged with Evergy to have that done and are going to haul away the debris they left. Such a great company!!

We used Walker long before they became Arbor Masters. Recently we had them out to trim up a couple of large trees for us and they are also treating a couple for disease and fungus. I'm so thankful for Jonathan's knowledge, because I would hate to lose these trees.
Their workers are always courteous and efficient and are very proficient at what they do. They never leave a mess when they are finished. I highly recommend!

On 12/10/24 the team trimmed 2 large trees in the back yard, removed a medium tree in the front yard and replaced it with a new tree. The team members were polite and worked into the dark to complete the work. They did an excellent job! Will call Arbor Masters again in the future.

Every part of this experience was great and easy! They were easy to get contact, quick to respond, VERY reasonably priced, very good to answer any questions or concerns. We had them take down the tree and also remove the entire tree and debris from the location…..it looks AMAZING!! You would never have known it was there! So professional! Very impressed!! Great job trimming my river birch. The tree is 28 years old and needs attention every 3-4 years to maintain its health as well as manage encroachment to driveway and home. The crew was outstanding. They did have a minor mechanical issue with a hydronic leak on the driveway which they offered to attempt to clean. Do to the below freezing temperatures I felt that it was so minor I would clean myself when the weather improved.

Alex and Alex came out to help me take care of invasive vines taking over some of the trees in our wooded backyard. They were very considerate with their time listening to me describe the situation and point out the trees that needed attention.

On a side note, we had a birdfeeder "stolen" by a raccoon earlier in the year and dragged away into the woods (I found one piece of the 2 piece unit at the tree line, but I was unable to find the remaining piece after a quick search). I asked Alex and Alex to be on the lookout for it as they worked their way through the woods, just in case they stumbled across it.

Not only did they take me seriously, but they actually found and returned the missing piece of the feeder even though they could have easily dismissed my request. Above and beyond. They did a great job on the vines, went the extra mile with the birdfeeder and there's no way I couldn't highly recommend Arbor Masters after my experience.

We had Arbor Masters come and thin out a Cottonwood that concerned us as being too close to our barn. The team from Arbor Masters came out and did a great job of thinning out the tree without making it look bare or lopsided. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it.

Our Bradford Pear tree in the SW corner of our lot provides the only shade to our south facing home. A major portion of the tree's main branch broke and fell in the July 31 storm. Johnathon at Arbor Masters responded promptly and scheduled cleanup ASAP as was desperately needed to clear our front walk. The whole crew was courteous and informative, and did a great job for us. They were very efficient and cleaned up well.

The crew was task oriented and flexible to work with. We have a mature pin oak. We LOVE our tree but were guided to trim. The day could not have been more blustery. The tree was a 'by hand' job. A lot of time was spent keeping the shape and cutting out the dead. Thank you for a job well done

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Walker/Arbor Masters. Johnathan has done an excellent job of diagnosing issues with our majestic Blue Atlas Cedar and, in my opinion, saved the tree. We recently had the team of Alex and Alex do some heavy pruning of an Elm and Red Maple in a difficult location in our back yard. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards - with the yard looking better than when they started work!!! And more importantly, Alex H. took the time to answer all of my questions. The trees look great, we don't have to worry about limbs hitting our new covered porch and now, maybe we can get some grass growing in the back yard. We will be calling them back next year to do the Maples in the front yard!!!

Everyone was very courteous. They actually showed up and did the job, which was refreshing after being blown off by another company (who wound up leaving town without letting us know after we had arranged for them to do the work for us.). The men did a very professional job, worked carefully, and were as quiet as one could be cutting down trees. I would highly recommend this company.

I didn't know tree service could be this good. They took down our old Bradford pear in less than half a day! They took care to put the wood and chips where I asked. Their process left our yard and the flowers under the tree they removed intact. I couldn't ask for better service. The next time I need a tree serviced, I won't be shopping around - I'm just calling these guys!

A thorough on-site walk thru was made and we were given a prompt bid. The crew that showed up were following all safety guidelines, they were polite and boy did they work. They worked well into dark and the following morning they completed the project and then cleaned up our woods and areas around our buildings better than how they found it. Raked and brought in a truck to remove all the debris. Yes, we would use them again. Thank you!!

I'm DONE with "2 Bubbas and a Chain Saw" outfits. Graham and his crew did a great job, especially on on a huge dead limb over the house that could not be reached by the cherry picker. Top quality work, from first cut to cleanup!
