Great Team. These guys know what they're doing. We had a relatively large job with several complete tree removals and others that were cleaned up. The crew took every safety precaution and made sure none of our property was damaged. I would recommend this crew to everyone.

We had a huge old silver maple removed and the crew was amazing. They worked fast but were thorough and respectful of our fence and yard. When they were done, you couldn’t even tell there was a tree there. And their pricing is reasonable for the service you get. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. They’re definitely my go-to for all my tree needs now!

Jonathan came out and gave an estimate to shape up 2 40yr old pin oaks. Took advantage of winter schedule discount and booked the work. The team came out and worked so hard. I felt bad it snowed once or twice during their work. Never complained and did a WONDERFUL job. Completely cleaned and hauled all debris. We have used Arbor Masters before and will continue for any future needs!

I’ve used Walker Tree service before. They did good work and after merging with Arbor Masters, I was not disappointed.
They had to match or exceed someone else’s quote for significant trimming, removal and grinding.
Not only did they do that, but the service they performed exceeded expectations.
They did a great job and cleaned up extra well.
Also, since they did the work in winter, it had to be postponed a time or two. The communication about that was excellent.
I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Jonathan and his dad and crew were excellent. A 50 foot tree limb fell on our house and brick chimney. The chimney was leaning from the pressure of the lamb laying on it. They strategically put a rope around the chimney and a winch system to pull back the chimney while lifting the tree, limb off the house with a crane so Chimney will not fall on house. Jonathan stayed the whole time directing his crew and crane on the very dangerous job. As a retired crane operator myself,I was impressed by their knowledge of figuring out weights of the tree limbs so crane stayed in the lifting capacity. Thank you so much for your prompt service on this emergency project.

Our huge Norway Spruce was uprooted by a storm on July 2, 2024. It pulled up patio, porch, and gas line. It fell across our fence and the street. Walker’s crew did an outstanding and professional job of removing the tree from the street and the trunk and stump from our yard. They knew what they were doing! They removed all of the debris from the street and yard. It was fun to watch them work! Thanks for an excellent job!

Their arborists did a great job explaining what was affecting one of our trees, and received a balanced recommendation for helping all of trees. We agreed to their plan. Soon and just in time before tree budding, they were carefully pruned and discarded. Our yard now looks balanced and healthy.

Wow just wow! Jonathon was great when he came and walked the property with me…we developed a plan together and I immediately trusted him based on his knowledge, expertise and honest evaluation of the 37 trees on the property. He didn’t oversell, just a good guy stating facts and let me
decide priorites and time frame of work. I opted for waiting until winter for the “off season” discount and the team did not disappoint. Brandon was the team leader and I can absolutely see why…he was organized, knowledgeable, focused on safety, positive and just plain fun to interact with! The whole team walked the property and hear my specific requests for height of cut down/angles and such. I am making a book and stick library as well as a tree house with a couple of the huge trunks :-). They didnt make me feel like my requests were a hassle. The work ethic was Impressive…Brandon particularly had ridiculous hustle…they all made me exhausted just by watching them. Absolutely impressive all around…would highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m devastated by what happened. This company was apparently contracted by the City of Kansas City to cut back branches on our property—without any permission, notice, or legitimate reason. In doing so, they destroyed the privacy our evergreen trees provided and cut them so severely that the branches will never grow back. The result looks terrible.

These trees are not on an easement. There are no sidewalks, no nearby power lines—nothing that would justify this level of cutting. We’ve lived here for over five years and have always kept the trees trimmed and maintained so they never interfered with the street. All this did was strip away our privacy and our neighbors’ privacy.

When we called, we were repeatedly told “the city sent us.” Yet the city has no record of any work order. Even if the city had been involved, Arbor Masters is the one who caused the damage. I’m left feeling violated, helpless, and confused, with no explanation for why this happened on our property and no one willing to take accountability.

Wow! I am not the sort who gets excited about things like tree trimming, but I am really impressed! Jonathan came out soon after I called to assess my 3 oaks. There would have to be a line drop, so Karen worked with me to get Evergy on board on a day tht worked for me,. The crew arrived promptly at 8. There was a LOT to be trimmed, and they worked quickly and professionally, keeping me informed throughout the day. I was AMAZED at how much better the trees looked; several of my neighbors admired the work as well. Arbormasters is first-rate!

I want to say thanks to Jonathon and his team for the great job they did planting our Locust and Lilac trees. We are very pleased with the way they turned out. On the initial visit with Jonathan he noticed a wild pear & cherry tree were growing in the middle of our Magnolia tree. I had not noticed it before and it would still be there today if he hadn’t caught it. I was amazed when he told me a bird probably pooped in that area and the trees grew there, now that tree is looking much better. I highly recommend Jonathon and his team to anyone looking to have their project done professionally. Thanks Arbor Masters for the outstanding work you do.

Great communication and great professional work! We had 2 trees cut down and one trimmed. They were pretty big jobs and they got them done perfectly! Also they do a very thorough job cleaning up after the job. The price for the job was more than fair. I would 100% recommend them.

Every aspect of our experience was incredible. During the estimate we went through all the tree species on our new property, discussed pruning and removal to achieve what we wanted. It was detailed and thorough and very informative. On the work day, the crew was prompt and professional. They did a fantastic job! Everything was cleaned up like they were never even here. The Treemen Services crew did an amazing job removing several very large trees from our heavily wooded property, along with some additional limb trimming. They were quick, conscientious, safe and did a great job cleaning up when done. Can’t recommend them enough!

The company showed great communication and the crew was punctual. They cut down a tree for me in the back corner hanging over a fence of ours very quickly without damage. Very impressed with how well everything looked afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the good work.
