Overall an excellent job. Initially the system was not reactivated but that was taken care of. The invoice showing payment due in September was not received until around October 15 and that could have been more timely. Brendan did an excellent job reinstalling the panels and Rich was very prompt in replying to me.

The Solar Guys are the Solar team you want putting in your solar system. They are organized, efficient and know what they are doing. Brandi took care of all applications needed with permits and a whole lot more of the paperwork. Dan and Jesse were also very knowledgable and actually the whole team worked well together and got the job done. Thanks to The Solar Guys whole team!!

Loved working with The Solar Guys! Our last two months electric bills were under $5! Highly recommend their service and quality! We had an existing issue in our attic and Jesse came out to make sure it was safe and secure. We got new siding shortly after and Jereme came out for free and disconnected our boxes so the siding company could get behind them safely. The owners Jesse and Jereme are amazing, along with the sales guys we worked with and followed up with (Kalon & Eric) and the office staff we worked with (Brandi & Heather).

I am a proud client of the Solar Guys. I was looking into getting solar panels about 15 months ago for my home but had lots of questions and wanted to make sure I "got it right". I started off meeting with Pete, my Energy Consultant. I had hundreds of questions and I spent weeks discussing every last detail. At all times Pete K. was patient with me and went above and beyond answering every last question. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision but I finally decided I would move forward with the agreed system. Next, I spoke with Eric T. regarding the install schedule and the last few details of the exact product and specs of the system. On the day of the install everything went perfectly as planned and Eric T. even helped me get some awesome photos of my completed/installed system. All of the workmanship was excellent, clean, and neat. Even making my payment to Michelle W. went smoothly and without a hitch. I am a very picky customer but these guys did everything exactly as agreed to and the system has been producing for almost a year now without a single problem. I rarely write reviews or give recommendations but these guys get an A+ for everything from start to finish. If you are considering solar, talk to these guys and look at the fantastic work they do; they're the best!

From the initial contact to see if Solar was good for my residence until the final work done, the whole team was very professional and payed attention to detail. I had the Solar Guys back to do more electrical work and they were prompt and professional. Highly recommend them. As my system came on and began producing solar power, my electric bill went from $400 per month to $22 per month..which the $22 charge is to have an electric meter through the electric company. Also I had Solar Guys install my Tesla charging station which I charge my electric vehicle absolutely free. So far I have saved $943 on a gasoline bill in just a few months. A tremendous savings once again.

So glad we found the Solar Guys! We decided to look into solar as a way to reduce our electric bills. We called 4 suppliers and scheduled evening appointments. One still hasn't shown, and another still owes an estimate. the 3rd was an additional 13K.Rich set up our appointment, even though they are located over an hour away. So we decided to go with Solar Guys after the informative meeting with Jesse.
They did all the leg work in working with the electric co-op, and work began. the team of Jereme, Vince and Ryan were awesome. They had to trench more than a hundred yards thru clay and rock. They added a new service panel the the barn, and joined it to the house. They did an amazing job.
The Enlighten app is very informative in tracking electric usage. You can compare to yesterday, last month or last year. It also shows estimated dollars saved, and is very accurate. We save between 225 and 300 bucks a month.
I received a follow up call from Cassie after a few months. She was checking on our thoughts of the new system, and looking for ways to improve their service. You can't improve on perfection!

While shopping for solar installers, I knew I wanted to save money where I could and wondered what perks I'd be missing or problems I'd be inviting if I tried to cut costs. The Solar Guys made all that easy, including the price tag. Our sales rep, Brian B, had meaningful responses to every inquiry I had and was flawless in efficient communication. I won't know for certain until a year with our system has transpired, but, after a couple months of operation, it seems to be performing just as Brian said it would. The drone operator, Jeff, was skilled, informative, and excited about his work. After the installation was complete, I realized the perks I was awarded and the problems I avoided by going with The Solar Guys. Due to foundation issues, our roof sags above the garage, right where the panels would be installed. Soren and George worked patiently and meticulously to adjust the panels so that they'd appear as one flat plane. Each time I pull into the driveway, I'm impressed by and grateful for that. Jereme, the electrician, had his work cut out for him. Our main disconnect runs through a manual transfer switch connected to a gas powered generator, which was likely more complicated than a typical day's work for him. The solar system's exterior components had to fit in a relatively small space among the cluster of other utilities coming in. I worked as a cable installer for apartment complexes for a few years and understand the details that can be skipped at this stage, leading to a finished product that works but is unsightly. Jereme mounted these components and routed the wiring so tidily and squarely that, in my mind, it was evident he approaches his practice as an artist. He had options in running the trunk of wires from the utility cluster to the panels. He could have routed some conduit around the side of the house and made his day easier. I would have been satisfied with that. However, he chose an option so difficult that I thought he would have to abandon it at some point, fishing the wires through the tight attic space between a vaulted ceiling and the roof. Again, I'm impressed and grateful each time I see it. Jereme had to come back the next day, likely because of the curveballs our home threw at him. I know he could have gotten it done the first day had he cut some corners. (He also would've saved a little time if we hadn't talked about our dogs for forty-five minutes after he pulled up.) Since the completed install, Michelle at the office has kept me, Evergy, and county inspectors in lockstep, efficiently navigating conversations and procedures. Yet again, I can only imagine the potential dead ends and confusion that I might have experienced had I gone with another installer. Instead, Michelle was in communication with me each time she was given new information. She knew I was concerned we wouldn't be up and running by the end of the year so she shared in the excitement each time something moved forward. When it was time for our inspection, the city's inspector offered a four-hour window of time in which a homeowner and the installer's technician would have to be available. Knowing that these inspectors can be . . . difficult, The Solar Guys sent a tech out to meet us. I forget his name but give him a Christmas bonus. He kindly introduced himself then sat in his van from noon until 3pm so we wouldn't miss the inspector! Unheard of. Ok, obviously I've written far too long a review but I love our home and appreciate beyond measure the care this team has put into it. We aren't wealthy. This solar installation was a leap for us that I think will pay off in long run. If we had hired anyone other than The Solar Guys, I believe I'd be questioning whether or not we made the right decision. Thank you!

I hired The Solar Guys to come out and un-install my existing solar system in preparation for a roof replacement, and then re- install the system and expand it by 6 panels. Despite the brutal weather conditions, they came out and did a great job for us. The system is up and running and producing more power than ever. Hats off to Soron and Addison and the rest of their crew for a job well done. Thank you !

I wanted solar panels because I was tired of paying too much for electricity. I went with the solar guys and they were great. From the initial estimate to the installation, the process was smooth. I was in the loop the entire time. Brian, Michelle, and Kyle were great to work with, and the installation guys deserve a lot of the credits. They showed up on time, worked 12 hours a day like it was nothing, and were extremely professional. I have nothing but praise for them. Jereme, Brad, Soren, Adisson, and Jordan: You guys were fantastic. Thank you for your hard work! Please excused me if I missed anyone. Oh, don’t forget the drone flying guy. Ironically, I forgot his name. Very talkative and friendly gentleman!

Very happy with our experience with The Solar Guys. Great service and reasonable prices. We chose them because we felt they were more upfront and trustworthy than the other companies we talked to. We also liked that they explicitly listed the equipment in the contract and don’t use sub-contractors. All the installers were very friendly and did great work (Jereme, Addison, and Soren).

I will echo the recent reviews. I thought our whole experience with The Solar Guys was great, including Brian, Kyle, Michelle and the whole team. Very responsive and informative throughout. The finished product is clean and very professional. Can't wait to get some more sunshine next spring and summer, but doing a decent job so far offsetting our consumption even on not so sunny day in December!

Jereme, Kyle, and Brad did a fantastic job working through some intense heat for my solar project. They took the time to answer any questions I had, show me what they were going to do inside the house / on the side of the house before they got to work to make sure I was happy with the plan, then buckled down and got to work. Very happy with the entire process from sales to planning to install.

Our experience was very great. Eric came out to fly the drone. The crew is very professional answering all the questions and concerns. The owner Jessie who sold us was extremely helpful and got us a good deal in the process. We did have a problem that was dealt in a quick and professional manner. Office staff followed up to ensure we were happy with the product and installation. Everyone has a good customer orientation. We highly recommend Solar Guys for the above reasons.

The Solar Guys were sent to my house through Generac support. I had a Pink Energy system installed over 4 years ago that has never worked. Generac stayed on it to help get it up and running to no avail until they found the Solar Guys. Jereme and Kyle were the techs that came out, They were on time and professional. They were committed to finding the problem and fixing it. 1.5 days and after over 2 years of just sitting my system is up and running. They are the best I have seen. If you have solar questions and in need of service or a new system you should give them a call. I wish I would have met them first. NO question I go with them.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Solar Guys and the 90% energy offset achieved with the top of the line system installed. Didn’t even need to remove my entire tree. We got through all design and permit approvals, installed, and meter swapped within about 60 days. They communicated everything very clearly and efficiently. The clean aesthetic of the panels they use is unmatched (see photos). They also installed an EV charger that is so convenient. Also, the Enphase inverters they use are superior to all others, especially Tesla and Hoymiles (what their competitors use). They provide you contacts of their clients, and I called six before agreeing to install and all were satisfied with their energy offset. GET INSTALLED BEFORE THE 30% FED TAX CREDIT END IN 2026!!!

Overall Jereme, Jesse, Michelle, Brian, Kyle, Jesse and Hunter were exceptional. Early on there were many questions about timelines, pricing, power load and adjustments, and every interaction I have had has been extremely thoughtful, and with great attention to our innumerable concerns.

On site during the installation the team was incredibly tidy, regularly showing concern for leaving any mess including dirt or lawn debris that may have already been in our garage. I came back to find Jesse and Kyle sweeping out our garage which was above and beyond.

Each individual offered additional time and insights if there were any questions and were genuinely helpful and made themselves available even during some odd hours.

This was truly a full service solution, and I would have zero hesitation recommending them or working with them again in the future.
