The cleaning was awesome. We have been using the service for years. However, Giovanni was unresponsive when questioned about price.They charged $120 more for the same service without reason. When I asked Giovanni why the service was more he said he'd "talk to the girls" and get back with me. That was June 9th, 2023. He has not responded to voice messages or text. There is no reason to treat a loyal customer this way. His behavior is extremely unprofessional.

The Maids is such a great service. The blue team always does a great job! The Maids’ communication is excellent, too. We’d always recommend them.
