Elizabeth and the red team did an awesome job as usual! We have been using The Maids for over 20 years and are very pleased. they are very thorough and professional and kind.

Berenice and her Green Team did an AMAZING job on my condo. It needed quite a bit of deep cleaning to get it ready to put on the market, and it looks terrific. Beyond the cleaning, the team was very professional and also friendly, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Looking forward to hiring them to clean my new place! :)

We have been using All About Cleaning for at least five years on recommendation of our daughter, and we have been very pleased with their promptness and quality of cleaning. They are very easy to have in the house.

I felt mislead, as we purchased "3 hours of cleaning" and they stayed 1.5 hours. Apparently the number of hours purchased is divided amongst the amount of people present doing cleaning (they sent 2 people). I get the business rationale, but it felt misleading to me. When I called to talk to the owner about it she called me "insane" and was VERY rude to me. I have purchased cleaning elsewhere and even with 2 people, they stayed the amount of time purchased. Won't be using them again after talking to her and would advise folks to look elsewhere.

I will say that the people actually doing the cleaning were very nice, for what it's worth

I am a real stickler when it comes to cleaning. I am generally not satisfied with anyone else’s efforts but WOW! This company was prompt, courteous, efficient and did an amazing job! It was so nice to come home to a really clean house! I highly recommend this company!

The owner was very helpful when setting everything up and listening to our needs. Toni and Tammy did a great job cleaning our house and were very professional and personable. I have been using AAC for 10 years and they always a great job. They are reliable, the owner is a great communicator, and we have felt safe with them in the house during COVID times. The staff is friendly and they work fast and effectively as a team. They also are great with our dog, which we appreciate!

Lisa always has a wonderful staff. They are friendly and most importantly I can trust them. If we are home they are so sweet to my kids and our little dog. We never feel like we are bothering them and they still to do a stellar job even with all the distractions. It's great that she sends them in teams because they get the job done so fast. If I call in a panic she always find a way to fit us in the schedule. They are a my go to for stress free holidays and parties. I would never use any other company. Love them!

I have used All About Cleaning for 4 or 5 years, recommended by a friend. I have only good things to say.
I have the company’s services once a month, floors and bathrooms only. Their work is meticulous: I’ve never found a stray hair in the bathrooms, or pockets of dust in the corners of the flooring. The trash is emptied, the furniture is carefully returned to its place, the bath rugs are aired and re-situated. The floors and sinks shine from a proper scrub with a soft cleanser or a wet-wipe with a mop and then Bona-Ed to clean the floor’s surfaces. Usually 3 women do the work so they’re done in under 2 hours, an easy space of time for anyone to get out of the house. They’ve never failed to come, to make adjustments in schedule or task, and to be completely trustworthy.

This was my first cleaning with All About Cleaning in Kirkwood. After several phone calls and emails with Lisa, I felt it was clear what the scope of my cleaning needs were and was quoted accordingly and I expected to get exactly what the website promises.

I was told it would take 3 people 1 - 1.5 hours to clean my 8 room, (4-bedroom, Living, Dining, Kitchen and Family room), plus 2.5 baths, which I thought was less time than it should be but thought, they must be really fast and efficient.

When they arrived (1.5 hours later than I was told they would arrive) my house was picked up, surfaces were cleared, beds made, no dishes to wash and small items and knickknacks were put away.

They finished the upstairs and while they were working on the downstairs, I checked the work. There was residue on the tubs and tile walls, no shine on the chrome. Not sure if they even did them. Dust still on top of my headboard and the bottom ledge of my dresser, the lampshades and lamps were not dusted. Baseboards barely touched. She said they were wiped, but they didn't get them clean. So I asked to have these things redone.

Two cleaners continue downstairs while the third attended to the items I was unsatisfied with upstairs.

At this point I got a call from Lisa saying that they would have to leave because they have another job to go to and I was only booked for 1.5 hours.

DID I MENTION THEY WERE 1.5 HOURS LATE GETTING TO ME?

When she told me this, the kitchen was only half clean and the family room hadn't been touched. I told her that was unacceptable and after some argument, she told me they could stay another 20 minutes which I agreed to pay for. Then 20 minutes later, they just left. The kitchen floor never got mopped.

The cleaning crew was very nice and tried to be accommodating but, this was the worse job of a cleaning crew I've ever had. I guess they considered something was clean just because it was wiped. But things just weren't clean.

But what was worse was Lisa's lack of professionalism in miscalculating my time and not being responsive to the fact that I needed my house cleaned. She told me she would send some one back to finish but didn't have an opening for a month. The extra time, ended being $100 over the original quote. More than a few other quotes I turned down to choose All About Cleaning.

Never again. Not All About Cleaning. More like, All About Wiping.

Excellent experience. We’ve been renovating four apartments and they were quite a mess. I reached out to All About Cleaning bc I needed a crew familiar with construction cleaning. The plasterer had really left a lot of globs of mud, the dust was thick, and every surface needed attention. All About Cleaning showed up on-time with GREAT attitudes. They did the work in a fraction of the time I imagined it would take. I can’t believe how beautiful these units look. Thank you! Highly recommended.
