We made an appointment with them 3 weeks ahead of time. The day they were supposed to come out at 8:00am. 8:30am rolls around and we called to make sure they were still coming out. Nancy, was very rude and said they do not take appointments and she would put us on the list, which they were 2 weeks out. So we wait two weeks. The day before, they actually called to verify they were still coming. Then the day of, they called and said "we are just too busy today, you will have to reschedule in two months"
For being an authorized Daikin dealer, I would expect better customer service. I would never ever call Henderson Heating and Cooling ever again.

The staff at Henderson is nothing less than the utmost in Professionalism. I had them replace the entire heating and cooling system in my home with a 4 ton Trane and I have been so happy with it. Any time I’ve had issues with mice getting to the wiring they’ve gotten it taken care of right away! Service is A+
