    FTS and technician Jay were awesome! Our AC went out overnight, I called at 8:05 am. They had Jay onsite by 9:15am. He found the issue and had us working again within 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price! Jay was super friendly, very helpful and answered all of my questions! We would definitely recommend FTS to anyone!

    Service was fast. It took 12 minutes to remove and install a run capacitor which was under warranty. $99 for a service call and $156 for 12 minutes of work. I will be going through a different company from now on. No one could explain an hourly rate which apparently fluctuates between what they have to do.
