Constraction reviews in Lee's Summit, Missouri

"Honey Do List" are a requirement when you are married but getting the extra time to get them done over the weekend doesn't happen. I am very grateful to have Alex and Angel as my go to guys to help me the handyman projects for my house. I am looking forward to using them when interest rates fall again for my kitchen remodel.

BIRD Construction-Handyman, Alex and his team were amazing! They were able to tackle everything I threw at them. Very professional and punctual. Delivered on time and finished ahead of schedule! I will be referencing Alex to everyone! Thank you again, Alex! Look foward to next time!!

Thanks to Bird Handyman construction’s quick response and quality of work we have water again! Our water shut off valve broke while the water was shut off. This happened on a Friday afternoon! We were blessed to find Bird Construction who came to our rescue right away! They were prompt & professional! Thanks Alex and Jose’! We have your number for future reference!
We highly recommend this company!!

Alex did an amazing job repairing the grout and whitewashing our brick fireplace. Bradley did a fantastic job putting in a subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. They were both prompt, professional, and prepped the area they were working on so as not to damage any flooring/countertops/walls we just had done in the process. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and were reasonably priced. My husband and I would highly recommend!

It was an absolute pleaser working with Bird Construction. Amazing communication, great price, and remarkable work. 10/10

Had Alex come and look at our project that had gone wrong. He was at my home within an hour. He was very honest and showed empathy for what had happened. He was supportive and very caring as we decided on the course of our project. Thank you Alex.

Extremely happy with their service. Was given a very reasonable quote to have some gas plumbing work done. They were very quick and professional. Would highly recommend and use again!

Very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness. We would highly recommend Bird to anyone on projects small or large. Great connection to have for any project size.

I’ve gotten the best service ever!! they’re on time and they’re very respectful I definitely would recommend them again!!!

Bird Construction was easy to work with from start to finish. I received an accurate estimate and no surprise upcharges. They completed the work on time, and I didn't have to call to ask when they would finish the job. It's refreshing to know that in an industry riddled with unreliable general contractors, there are good ones out there that actually stand behind their promises.

Really respectful professional guys.they do great work with perfection and integrity.i highly recommend this company for serious inquiries.

Alex and his team had our basement gym flooring done within just two weeks of sending us a quote and taking measurements. Can’t say enough about the professionalism, timing, and quality of the work. Would use again!

I was looking for someone to take care of a job quickly. Alex took care of me and did a great job!

Love this company! Anytime I work with this company, whoever I work with is extremely engaged, informed and prompt. I appreciate the attentiveness and authenticity and the commitment to getting me taken care of and always finding an exemplary solution. Shout out to Alex Peña in particular for providing an awesome experience!!! Thank You Bird Construction!!!

I Hired this company from across the country and can tell you the service was excellent. Alex provided live updates as to when he was arriving, his findings and what the next steps were. I got all paperwork turned around within a day; and had him back onsite within less than 3 days to complete. An outstanding contractor to say the least.

The customer service was very fast and friendly. Quick response time with an estimate for replacing a door and door frame. I was curious if it could just be fixed instead of replaced and I got a new estimate within 10 min.

I have worked with a lot of construction companies over the years and by far Alex from BIRD has done the best job. I called for a bid and he was out within three hours and he started construction less than 24 hours later and completed the job within three days. He was very fair and honest and had excellent credentials so we just had to use this company. We are so happy with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Talk about fair and honest and someone who keeps appointments and answers you back within three minutes with a text. Just overwhelmed with the service we received in the remodel. The craftsmanship was more than excellent. And when it’s all done, my wife was very please and that means a lot. We highly recommend. We cannot wait to do another part of our house with BIRD.

Alex was very prompt in giving me an estimate on two different occasions for a porch repair and a shed re-siding. He was a pleasure to work with.

I was so happy when my husband found BIRD To do the work in our home. We met Alex and he gave us a bid immediately. We found him very honest and reliable. Believe me, I would call him many times each day and he would come out within 15 minutes. We had no problems on the job and I absolutely love my new bathroom and kitchen. I cannot wait to remodel the rest of our home. I would highly recommend Alex and his company.

GREAT SERVICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I had work done incorrectly by another company and had a horrible experience. These guys came and fixed everything 100% right but also very efficient. Recommend highly!!

Alex is great. Prompt service. Great quality work. Highly recommend.
