Constraction reviews in Lee's Summit, Missouri

Plumbing Contractor called out while on vacation to Help them out because the other Contractor quit.
We helped them out got them out of a bind ordered fixtures fast track etc…. Turned in a Billing and was told by their Director of Operations she’s not paying further telling my Office to read the contract of which we informed her we did and sent it back marked up. She is now claiming that the Contract is no good because we have No Right to mark up the Contract and she will hold our money until she releases it.

Stay away as the job is just installing a Drinking Fountain nothing special first time ever working for them. Bent over backwards to help them and this is how they treat their Subs. Bully/Threaten/Intimidate Subs that comply or else. 🤮

We did not have a contract with Diamond Contractors, but interacted with them through a recent business dealing. Diamond 'bid' a job at our home to repair exterior wood rot and painting for $15,000. An estimator was never at our home to make an evaluation for the work, just came up with a generic $15,000. Three different individuals at Diamond Contracting claimed they do not typically do residential work, especially not exterior wood rot (as their bid stated). This 'bid' helped buyers of our home demand a last minute check from us for $15,000 before they would sign papers. Again, we did not have a contract with Diamond Contractors.

It has been a pleasure working with this company as I looked forward to continuing doing business and Jill has been awesome to work with!!!! I would most definitely recommend them for your construction needs.

This company will set u up to fail. Very unprofessional has very little knowledge of what's going on.

We have worked with Diamond Contractors on multiple projects. The are very professional, and we have always had a pleasant experience and look forward to working with them in the future.

Diamond Contractors was a pleasure to work with on our latest commercial construction project in Kansas City. The timeline they set out was accurate and they came in under budget. If you're looking for a commercial construction contractor in Kansas City I highly recommend Diamond Contractors!

I have worked with Diamond Contractors for years as both a customer of Pinnacle Plotting and a supplier. The are people with the highest professional standards and among the easiest to do business with. Great follow-through and superb work quality. Five stars is not enough for these great folks.

I had a very bad experience with this contractor. The contracts are written in a shady way, and I strongly recommend reading every detail before considering working with them. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.

I cannot say enough good things about Diamond Contractors commercial construction company. They are easy to work with, completed our rollout construction project without any issues, and were quick with communication. I would highly recommend Diamond Contractors for your next commercial construction project in the Kansas City area!

Diamond Contractors is wonderful! Their team arrived when they said and completed the project on time. They finished my bathroom remodel quickly and it looks great. I couldn't be happier with the results. They used precautions to keep the rest of my house and floors clean and unaffected from the dust. If you are looking for reliable and trustworthy remodeling, clear communication, and perfect results, you should choose Diamond Contractors.

The most incredible contractors I have ever worked with. They were timely, cordial, professional, organized and extremely efficient. I've never had as good an experience as I did with Diamond Contractors and their staff. If you have an upcoming project, construction, remodeling big or small, I highly recommend this company and this team. They will clearly communicate with you, keep you informed of any changes, and even follow up to ensure all needs were met. Best service hands down.

It was an absolute pleasure partnering with Diamond Contractors on the Advance Auto project in Somerdale, NJ. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and positive — a true testament to their professionalism, organization, and dedication to excellence.

The entire team is attentive, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was always clear and timely, which made our job as subcontractors efficient and enjoyable. Their streamlined processes and respect for collaboration made it clear that Diamond values its trade partners and understands the value of teamwork on a job site.

Ashley, the project manager, was outstanding throughout. Her communication was prompt, professional, and thoughtful. She handled every situation with clarity and confidence, always offering practical solutions and maintaining a genuinely pleasant demeanor. It was refreshing and productive to exchange ideas with someone so capable and grounded.

We also had the pleasure of working closely with Helmer, the superintendent — truly one of the kindest, most dependable people we’ve had the chance to work alongside. He was always present, helpful, and never hesitated to lend a hand or provide guidance. His hands-on support and generous spirit helped create a positive job site culture that made the project run smoothly.

Diamond Contractors sets a standard for how a GC should treat their subcontractors — with respect, integrity, and professionalism. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this project and look forward to working together again in the future.

This company could be called "Integrity Constructors". I like working with them because you don't have to be concerned about quality control. They take pride in the work they perform and you can see the quality in the end product. We have worked with them for many years with projects ranging from 10K to 600K. We have never been disappointed. Thanks KC Constructors!

KC Constructors has been working with Consultants in Gastroenterology for years. They have always provided excellent service and support to our organization. As a medical practice, we have scheduling demands that they accept and work with us in the best possible manner. We greatly appreciate having them as our business partner.

We were extremely impressed with KC Constructors! They did a building renovation for Cornerstone Dermatology & Surgery Group and we receive comments daily about how beautiful our facility is. Their work went above and beyond just meeting health care standards, but they helped to create an environment where we are proud to work and where patients are comfortable. Communication was easy and professional, and they met all established deadlines. Thanks KC Constructors for an amazing job!
