Constraction reviews in Lee's Summit, Missouri

It’s such a shame when you have such high hopes and expectations with a new company, sadly Oscar did not end up holding his end of the bargain. After months and months of sloppy work one day he simply showed up at my house and said they were done and left. I could go into many details and reach out to me if you’d like to hear some. I just don’t think this company is use to working in upper end projects so they floundered over and over. When they walked out they left doors unhung. Trim was not finished, the marble bathroom was left with chips in the marble, the toilet wasn’t set, the place was left with garbage everywhere for me to clean up….on and on but they were done.unless you have rental property that needs work run from this group!

Highly recommend OKM Pros and team. Owner Oscar is a wonderful professional and highly reliable, courteous, trustworthy, friendly and personable human being. Did excellent work building a brand new deck and demoing the old one. They are reasonably priced as well. I am so lucky to have found them. Will be going through OKM Pros for any future needs in the KC area. Give Oscar at OKM Pros a call, you will not be disappointed.

I was recommended OKM Pros through a coworker and I’m so happy I went with them. We had our hall bath remodel from top to bottom. During our remodel we encountered another problem with our other bathroom. Oscar looked at the problem and gave a very reasonable quote to fix our issue after our warranty company suggested a very pricey fix. Oscar and all of the OKM employees are respectful of your property, they clean up everyday and my bathroom is beautiful! I’m very happy with the work done, professionalism and honesty from Oscar and his team!

OKM was incredible to work with when finishing our basement - they responded to questions/comments very quickly, supported our vision, and executed quality work. Amazing experience from the quote to the finished product!

We hired OKM to renovate the rental house on our property. As you can see from the attached photo, they did a fantastic job! Their guys are professionals and pay attention to detail. Thank you for your great work!

OKM Construction completed my backsplash to complete my kitchen remodel. The result was absolutely beautiful! Tyler meticulously placed every tile in the proper place. His attention to detail was skilled and professional. He was also friendly and communicated with me before and during the project to make sure we had the same vision. I will definitely hire OKM Construction Pros again.

OKM is my go to contractor for all my real estate clients. They recently helped a good friend (seller) and my son (buyer) by replacing the siding and trim, and repainting. Oscar went above and beyond, we are so impressed with the job well done and the big glow up. We are so grateful for a job well done!

OKM completed an accent wall and electric fireplace build-out in our home. Oscar, Sam, and Daniel were all great to work with. The crew they used were all respectful and kind to interact with. Our home was kept as clean as can be expected during construction. Our quote was honest and fair and we are very happy with the quality of the work completed. We would be happy to use OKM again in the future!

Beacon Contracting was professional, communicative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. From day one, they managed expectations with clarity and honesty, which meant no surprise delays, no vague timelines, and definitely no contractor “ghosting.”

Their team brought craftsmanship, organization, and a refreshing dose of straight talk to the table. Every step of the project was clearly laid out and followed through with precision — they didn’t just meet deadlines; they anticipated them. And the quality? Top-notch. These folks take pride in what they do, and it shows in every nail, cut, and finish.

Beacon Contracting combines the rare blend of high-level skill with Montana-grade humility and humor — making what could’ve been a stressful project actually feel easy. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers the goods and keeps it real, Beacon’s your crew.

Repaired structural damage and siding to shed and carport. Added gutters to carport. Did a good job in time frame agreed upon. Courteous staff and quality work.

The work was done on time and the quality of the work was excellent. They made every effort to keep lines of communication open to enable us to get questions answered and to obtain the products needed for the job.

Wonderful company they explained all procedures to me my first house claim ever and they made it easy for me to get my roof and siding done in a timely and very professional manner Very trustworthy business friendly professional they seem to care very much about their customers very satisfied

The very best contractor ever! Far better than I expected. Not only were they honest the workers were respectful to me and my home clean fast you couldn’t tell they had been there, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable contractor!I would 100% use them again!

We used KCRR to repair our soffit and fascia on our home. They where here right on time, and did a wonderful job. I have there number now and will be using them in the future.

Needed work done, quickly, for insurance reasons. It was a small project, but they understood the urgency and came out to my house the very next day and got the work knocked out. It made everything much less stressful for me.

I have used KCRR a few times now for renovations, repair, and TONS of landscaping. Always happy with their work. The straightest privacy fencing and retaining walls I have ever seen.

KCRRS has been nothing but helpful, punctual and courteous. Starting from the friendly folks in the office to the hardworking individuals out in the field, everyone at KC Roofing and Renovation Solutions has been nothing short of wonderful. I would highly recommend KCRRS for any mitigation, restoration or renovation project you may have in the Kansas City metro.

Great response to water loss clean up and mitigation. The put back of the damaged walls and flooring were completed in a timely fashion and allowing use to choose our wall colors and flooring colors.

Great to deal with. Many places don’t return phone calls. This company cares about their reputation and the customer. How many people actually look forward to dealing with a roofing company? I look forward to having them do work for me again.

KCRR came recommended and did not disappoint! Highly professional and very attentive to detail! Have already recommended them to family and hope to do business with them again on other projects!! This is what a staff/company should strive to be like!!

Charles at KCRR was great! It's so difficult to find companies you can trust who will do quality work, but this company does just that. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I would recommend them to others.
