Constraction reviews in Lee's Summit, Missouri

We love doing projects with PACT here at Thrive at Creekside. They completed our dryer duct cleaning timely and professionally. Shannon and Bryan and my favorites to work with and communicate well. We appreciate our partnership.

Just in a short time of using PACT services they have gone above and beyond with speed and responsiveness in handling all my needs in a timely fashion to keep our company stores moving and producing income so we don’t skip a beat. I look forward to building the relationship. They recent brought Josh Cook on board as he is reliable and strives to meet your needs in getting any size project completed. Just like PACT he understand the importance of integrity and trust!

PACT is a professional, efficient team! We have used their services many times with all amazing turn outs. Dylan is typically our point of contact and is always so knowledgeable. Our experience has been excellent every time. Thank you, PACT!

PACT did an amazing job on TWO different properties of ours. They came to the rescue with a property that had a sewer line backup. They were quick, did fantastic work, and communicated directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to stress about anything. They also did a re-roof and re-gutter job at another home and we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anyone, and I already have.

My company utilizes PACT for large and small scale construction projects. Their organization, and project manager Josh Cook in particular, have been great partners in providing quality, cost-effective construct work across the country. Josh is a great partner and excels at creative problem solving. I trust him with many of my highly complex facilities needs. Highly recommend working with PACT.

My recent experience at Aventura Falcon Valley with PACT and Shannon Sweany has been nothing less than exceptional! He and his team were very thorough with their communication throughout the entire project, and not just with our management team, but also our resident!!! That's HUGE!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

PACT did an amazing job getting our space cleaned up from water damage caused by broken water heater. I can't say enough good things about their work and quick response. Everyone we had contact with was professional and very respectful. I highly recommend PACT.

I have used PACT for all of our construction needs at my luxury apartment community and they have always delivered exceptional service. They are quick to respond to emergency calls and always get the work done with in the timeframe promised. I highly recommend contacting them for any and all construction needs. Dylan, Nick, Jeff, Aaron, Shane are great to work with!

Thank you P.A.C.T.Construction for calling me back the same night and being available to start working on the house the very next day , because our area had extensive damage.Thank you Logan Olson for doing the inspection and handling all the insurance side, that was a big plus, and thank you Valerie Knight for setting everything up and made sure it ran smoothly with the tree trimmers, the roofers and the gutter workers that has never happened before ! Thanks to all the construction workers too.

Nicole is fantastic and is great at communicating updates. Shannon is very respectful and great to work with. The whole team at PACT has been amazing and I would recommend them for any service.

Great Company to work with, excellent communication and responsiveness. As a business owner in the Sedalia area , would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the surrounding areas.

This was our first experience with PACT and it was exceptional from start to finish. Valerie, their Project Coordinator, was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, making every effort to understand and help us resolve our situation quickly. Heath, their Roofing Project Director, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Heath was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly. We certainly won't hesitate to call PACT in the future - a really outstanding experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Pact Construction, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience! A special shoutout to Nicole, who truly went above and beyond for me and my team. Her dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly was evident in every interaction. Nicole was always checking in and addressing any concerns promptly, making our project a breeze. I highly recommend Pact Construction, especially if you get to work with Nicole!

During my time as a business manager, I’ve worked with many builders, contractors, and vendors—and unfortunately, most of them are simply there to get the job done, often with minimal effort or genuine care for the property. That said, there are a few exceptions. Tyler Popejoy with PACT Services is one of them! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyler on multiple projects, and he consistently delivers exceptional results. He goes above and beyond every single time, and I truly can’t praise his work enough. He’s outstanding at what he does and a rare find in this industry.

We had an incredibly positive experience working with PACT on our recent exterior commercial capital project. They are communicative, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. Dylan Cline and Jim Leahy were who we worked with most, but the whole team holds a high standard for customer service across the board. You can tell they take great pride in their work, as our project turned out better than we could have ever imagined. For quality craftsmanship and peace of mind, I'd recommend them highly to anyone. We will absolutely work with them again.

Nicole at Pact Construction is a whole star ✨ She makes every project process smooth, stress-free, and even fun! She’s incredibly organized, super responsive, and genuinely cares about making everything go perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with!

I can’t say enough good things about PACT Construction and their work restoring my 100-year-old home after extensive water damage from frozen pipes. From start to finish, the experience was professional, smooth, and even enjoyable—largely thanks to Shannon, the project manager.

Shannon went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way, which was especially important since I was managing the project from out of town. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and clearly cared about preserving the original character of the home. It was refreshing to work with someone so genuinely invested in the details.

The project was completed on time and on budget, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I’m so grateful to Shannon and the entire PACT team for helping bring my home back to life. Highly recommend!

Pact Construction has been incredible to work with, and I can’t say enough great things about their team, especially Nicole. She has gone above and beyond in supporting our community at Reflections Apartments. Whether it’s helping coordinate details for resident events or stepping in whenever we need an extra hand, Nicole is always reliable, professional, and genuinely kind. Her willingness to help creates a huge difference in our resident experience, and we truly appreciate everything she does. Pact Construction is lucky to have her, and so are we!

We hired this general contractor for our home renovation, and the results exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, skilled, and very communicative throughout the entire project. They paid close attention to details and completed the work on schedule and within budget. The craftsmanship is excellent, and our home looks amazing. I would confidently recommend them for any construction project.

We’ve had such a fantastic experience working with PACT, and we especially want to give a huge shoutout to Nicole! She’s truly amazing to work with always fresh, vibrant, and full of energy. Nicole has helped with so many of our residents’ events, bringing creativity and fun to every project. Her communication skills are excellent, making coordination seamless and stress-free.
