Greensky is the Financial institution that foundation Recovery system uses offering
18 months no interest no payment agreement and they deny that agreement and immediately send a 180 month loan at high interest rate (15years)

Do not recommend. I was searching for crawlspace cleaning and encapsulation services and requested an inspection from FRS. The representative Johnathan was initially very polite and understanding, especially since I arrived late to the inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and presented a nifty presentation and lots of information. However, when it came to end of the inspection and pricing was brought up, he was very adamant about me making a decision right then and there. I was honest and let him know that I was searching around and looking for other bids/quotes but he still remained adamant, trying to push me into a decision right then and there. It became quite uncomfortable as he would type away on his computer and then repeat the same things again pushing me to a decision. My kids and I stepped outside as I was super uncomfortable and that helped Jonathan step outside the home as well. I asked him to send the estimate to my email when he pressed again. He very abruptly shook my hand and walked away as I was trying to tell him that I would try to make a decision in the upcoming days. He continued walking away to his car and seemed upset. It just left a really bad feeling and I felt quite uncomfortable and upset as I didn't understand why he had pressured me so much despite me stating my discomfort in making a decision right then and there as I have received bids from other companies and contractors for other projects and none of them demanded for me to decide to make a decision on hiring them and financing over 14k right then and there on the spot

My double wide driveway was full of cracks and had several areas that had sunk. Wayne and Judah from FRS got everything leveled repaired and sealed and the driveway now looks fantastic. They are ultimate professionals.

We decided to screen in our porch after being in the house for three weeks.
We are new to the area and decided to Google for screen porch services.
Third business offered was Screenmoble of Lee's Summit. I called and got an appointment for two days later. The owner showed up on time and explained the products. He then walked me through the process of install and construction needed.
So, we heard his price and accepted his bid. We asked to have it finished before Spring. It was early December, he explained he would try. So after HOA approval letter we placed our deposit. It was January and there was a warm day forecasted, he called and the next day he had all the structure installed, no screen because he believed some weather a little warmer would help set the screening. Less than two weeks later he called and came to install the screening. It went quickly and he finished. Our porch was screened before Spring. He came under budget and got the credit off our bid. We are happy with his office staff who keep us informed and the owner that did a professional job from start to finish. I will always give him a called for my jobs.

Very easy to work with. Very professional. They went out of their way to solve an issue that would've impacted the installation.

Daniel was very prompt with communication and very truthful to what was going to be best for my house and the specific project I contacted him for. He was not trying to upsell or talk me into something in I didn't need. Although I was not able to use him for the project, he pointed me in the direction of who could perform the necessary work. I look forward to using him in the future for other projects because he has earned my trust. He focused on me as a person rather than me as a potential income source.

I couldn't find replacement screens anywhere UNTIL I found ScreenMobile! They were super quick to respond to my inquiry, scheduled me right away and was installing my new screens within a couple of days. Very reasonably priced. Preston and Mike were awesome. I highly recommend!!

For years I've been looking for new screens for my casement windows - you know, the kind with a crank on the inside and swing open on the outside so the screen has to be on the inside? I must have spoken with half a dozen "window experts" until I discovered Screenmobile of Lee's Summit, MO. Jennifer was great on the phone with scheduling and Scott did a wonderful job custom fitting the screens to the windows. Scott's work ethic and craftsmanship was top-notch - high quality. And the price was less than I expected. I highly recommend them. I will enjoy opening the windows for that fall and spring breeze.

I had Brad inspect my 110 year old home in the West Plaza earlier today. I'm in the process of deciding whether or not to buy the house from my current land lord- and I needed a thorough inspection of what work could possibly lie a head if I move forward. I'm awful green when it comes to anything related to home repairs- but Brad was very helpful in breaking down the details of the inspection. He gave me great insight on the expected life of many facets of the house/ what he estimated it would cost to repair them. He did great work and was fairly priced. Well done, Brad.

My wife and I hired Kelly after a horrible experience with another local designer. Unlike the previous designer, Kelly worked with OUR tastes and ideas, instead of trying to inflict her own personal taste upon us. She opened our eyes to new ideas, products and green living. Our new home is now more beautiful as well as energy efficient! Kelly is very talented and has tons of experience and it shows. We highly recommend her.
