RJM worked with my insurance adjuster to replace my hail damaged roof in 2012. The adjuster tried to deny half my roof, but RJM showed them where the entire roof had enough damage to qualify for replacement and the adjuster then agreed. It was great working with Robert Messina, the owner, and they did an excellent job.
As a follow-up, a couple of weeks ago I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms after a very heavy thunderstorm and contacted Rob. He came promptly to inspect the roof and and found where the flashing needed to be resealed . Even though it was almost 7 years old, Rob resealed it at no charge. I commend RJM for their integrity and customer service.

RJM roofing was very professional and helped us work through the details of selecting shingles. I thought I knew a lot about roofing from my younger days, but Robert had the history behind all brands of shingles. The crew worked very carefully and the roof looks awesome.

So happy with our new roof! Easy from the start. Great communication. RJM listened to what I needed and with their expert knowledge delivered. The roof looks great and most importantly it is done the right way. Highly recommend RJM and look forward to using them for future projects.

After waiting more than a year for a local roofer we decided we needed to move on. We reached out to RJM and they responded within the day, we had a bid within a week and 3 weeks later our roof was complete. It was an absolutely amazing 5+ star experience from start to finish. The workers were here from sun up to sun down, they were polite, contingence and as clean as you can be while replacing a new roof. The owners were here at various times and were always prompt to respond to any questions. They did a final walk around after the job was complete to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the roof and cleanup. We could not be happier to refer friends and family to RJM, in fact in the few short months since ours was completed they have completed 7 homes from referrals with all positive feedback. Did a great job and updated my landscaping very quickly.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the quality of work done. I’ve hired many different companies to take care of our lawn and no one even compares to Skeens Lawn and Landscaping. I’m looking forward adding on additional services as our service continues year over year.

Jordan at Skeens did a great job on our landscaping project. His prices were very reasonable and he was super friendly. The work was done on time and he went above and beyond to clear up our lawn and landscaping areas. We will definitely call him again when we’re in need of mulch and landscaping!

Fantastic experience using Skeens Lawn and Landscaping. I hired him on short notice in November 2018 to do leaf removal before family arrived for Thanksgiving. He made time in his already full schedule and the yard looked awesome. This spring I used him to rebuild a retaining wall that was pushing over, mulch all my beds, put some gravel under a second deck, and build a level gravel pad for my kids' trampoline.

His prices are extremely reasonable. He is super easy to work and communicate with. He works hard and makes sure you are completely satisfied before the job is done. He did such a great job on the projects above that I have already asked to get on his schedule for a few more projects I kept putting off.

For the people that think they can do all the landscaping projects in spring and fall, just call him and get a quote. He is a time, energy, headache, and backache saver.

***BUYER BEWARE***
At first Jordan seemed like he was eager to start the job and do it properly. He seemed professional but you will soon find out that he will only work 1 to 2 hrs a day. I hired him to put in a gravel pad for my shed. Easy enough and showed him expectations through pics and drawings on how to do the job correctly. He wasn't going to put down weed barrier, reinforce with rebar and it is not level.
When I inquired, he acted like I didn't need these things. Fortunately for him, I do my research and all instructions have these items as part of the materials to use. I had a 10x12 shed put on this gravel pad that still had to have my friend fix. Jordan had the audacity to ask for another $1000 (sent a text saying he needed to pay his rent).
Then he can't speak for himself and sent his daddy to come talk to me. His dad did help Jordan because I asked him to be sure and be done at the end of 7 days. I can tell you his quote said he could do it in 2 days. I had to reschedule the build date of my shed because he was still not done at the end of 5 days.

I would not give him any starts but you need to add at least one to add this review.

WOW!!! What can I say about PACT Construction Services.We had a small fire in our home, but large enough to have us living in a hotel.

Mr. Hopke was out the same day I called for an estimate and with the communication and prompt response we started the project. He even helped me through the insurance process helping me understand and ask the right questions.

Mr. Sweany handled all the coordinating of the different trades needed to complete the repairs on our home in the time frame they said they would. If I had any questions all I had to do was call him and he would get the answer for me. Communication is a key and Mr Sweany nailed it.

I would highly recommend PACT to anyone who asks and I now have them on speed dial. They are now my first call for any restoration or emergency needs. Thanks to everyone who helped get us back in our home.

PACT completely remodeled our new space after a fire destroyed our business, Shining Light Music. They built out 15 new office spaces and altered existing space. All the contractors, workers, and supervisors were helpful, respectful, thorough, and professional. The work done is beautiful! We are eager to occupy these spaces.
