Totally had no idea what I was going to do, they arrived and got right to work. It was so hot that day and I felt so bad for him having to go under my house and with Covid he had to wear a mask on top of that. He loaded up all the wet insulation and set up the fans and off he went. It was even a holiday weekend and they came immediately. I am very satisfied with this company.

We had a great overall experience with ServiceMaster when our basement flooded and we needed everything replaced!! They were prompt & professional throughout the whole process. I had one contact the entire time who walked us through every step. They quickly replaced the damaged areas, repaired the pipe that caused the damage, installed new drywall, carpet & paint. We will use them again if needed.

Stacy, came through for us on more than one occasion. It took one call and I knew the crews and equipment would be there. Also, the communication as to the problem and how it was being handled as it progressed gave you confidence the problem is being dealt with safely and expeditiously.

I've been in the position to have to work with remediation companies quite a bit, after several bad experiences with a previous vendor I switched to ServiceMasters and will not look back. They've got great staff, did a fantastic job getting us back up after storm damage, and were great working with insurance. I was surprised at how cost affective they were as well. I only have good things to say about Craig D. who was our GC for all this work. He's a great guy, very caring, puts in the time, and is easy to work with. That's also been my experience with all of the rest of their staff.

This was the most professional group of people I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them. So much care was given to our home by Octavian and the rest of the team that came to our home. They kept in contact with us through the entire process and were very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. Thank you for all of your hard work and the care that went into restoring our home.

A fantastic company! We were beyond satisfied with the service we received when our basement flooded. They were so helpful and accommodating. Everyone from the operator, scheduler, cleanup team were extremely timely, compassionate and very helpful during a stressful time. I appreciated the attention to detail and follow through. They were working around the clock and had to be exhausted, but they didn’t even show it. Would definitely recommend!!!
