Peak25 is an outstanding company. The issues I experienced with water coming into my home seemed unsolvable until their President came to my house *twice* to provide two best-in-class consultations. I will never work with another roofing or gutter company again. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Peak25 quickly responded to our call and maintained great communication. Rob gave us a fair and honest evaluation of the condition of our roof. Although we didn’t end up needing repairs, Rob still wrote us a follow up report with detailed notes, pictures, and plans for future replacement options. Some people in my neighborhood have gotten new roofs recently, so I wanted to have mine looked at as well. I had a recommended company come take a look, and he walked around the house, looked from a ladder on the front side, didn’t even attempt from the back side that is 3 stories from the ground. He was there for 15 minutes or less and 3 days later told me by email to file an insurance claim and get back to him afterwards. I was unimpressed with the experience to say the least, so my next call was to Peak25. When they came out, they explained up front what they were going to do and look at. They immediately seemed to be much more professional and thorough, and they spent at least 45 minutes actually on my steep, high roof. At review, they showed me multiple pictures of areas of damage and possible concerns, but ultimately said they would not recommend filing a claim at this time. They didn’t feel like condition of the roof was significantly compromised, and that filing a claim with insurance wouldn’t likely be approved, and might actually be detrimental for us for continued coverage. So whenever we do need a new roof, I won’t even bother calling anyone else other than Peak25. That’s who I’ll trust

He thoroughly assessed my gutters for leaf guards and presented three options at a fair price. I’m very pleased with the new gutter guards and service received from this company.

We bought our home 2 years ago and had Peak25 Roofing come out to inspect our roof for wind & hail damage, really more to have a peace of mind that our roof was okay. I was very impressed with the inspection they performed. Rob and his associates walked the roof and also went into our attic to look at the roof from the inside, I guess to be sure they didn't miss anything. Peak25 assured us that our roof didn't need any repairs. What impressed us the most was they didn't charge us for the inspection, it was absolutely "free"! Another plus was they didn't try to sell us anything. I highly recommend Peak25. I kept their business cards because we will absolutely hire them for any future job. Rob and and his son arrived on time to complete an inspection on my roof.. Prior to the inspection, Rob reviewed his 25 point inspection template. The inspection took approx 20 min and appeared to be very thorough. Rob reviewed the completed inspection documentation with me and provided me with an estimate at the conclusion of the inspection. Very efficient process. He took time to address my questions and ensure that I was comfortable with the process.. I am sold on Rob and Peak 25 Roofing. I have full piece of mind that our roof is in the best hands with his company.

My wife & I were introduced to Peak25 Roofing @ the JOCO Home Show where we were offered a 25 point inspection of our roof. An appointment to come out was scheduled immediately. Michael was prompt, thorough & patiently answered all of our questions without hesitation, generously giving of his time to assure that we were completely aware of what we can expect from this company. He assured us we aren't in eminent need of a roof repair or replacement, despite having only 1 layer of shingles for the last umpteen years but, what to look out for & expect to see when we are which was much appreciated.
