I see why Royal Door has so many 5 star reviews. I had a garage door installed by one of their technicians named Ashton. He was extremely polite and demonstrated excellent customer service. For me, good customer service is very important when choosing a business that I want to work with. Not only was the job done flawlessly but timely and with a smile. Hats off to Ashton and the team at Royal Door!

Royal Door came out to install a single, 16 foot garage door. They were very prompt and answered any questions I had. Tay was our main installer. He was very polite and respectful. He helped us pair the door opener with our car and helped us add this door to the app we already had installed on y phone. He never made me feel I was keeping him from being somewhere else.
I highly recommend Royal Door for any garage door problems you might encounter.

Christopher Douglas was very friendly with both me and my wife helping us diagnose the issue with our garage door and replaced the whole motor and track and belt for under 800$. This also gave us more features we didn’t previously have for our home. Kind and personal service and very fast installation. Very satisfied!

Was very impressed with Royal Door. Their service technician, Jaccob, was very thorough with his inspection of the old garage door, spring & motor and pointed out concerns, but also items that didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty with not trying to sell me items I didn't need. The scheduling process was easy. On the day of installation, it was completed within a few hours and was very impressed with how the door looked. Would definitely recommend Royal Door to anyone needing a new garage door or maintenance on an old one.

I had an issue with my door on A Monday morning at 7:40 AM I called Royal Door and a technician was there by 10:00 AM and resolved my issue. You cannot find quicker service than that. I didn’t even have to stay at the house to wait. Cam fixed the door and texted me he was all done and I can use my opener when I get home. I have had Royal install my doors and replace a panel on my door before, they are by far the most affordable contractor in the city and have the best customer service and are genuinely kind.

Royal door helped us out of a situation with another company going out of business. Fantastic customer service and incredible team. I cannot say enough good things about them! Installation team was on time, communicated what to expect and cleaned up better than when they arrived. Great experience.

Josh was very friendly, courteous and professional. Took considerable time to explain the repairs provided. Kept the workplace clean and safe. Mike was very helpful in overcoming making old equipment workable - saved unneeded expenses.

Christopher was fantastic! He did a great job of explaining the product, and took his time to explain all the features. He even helped me get the new opener synced to my car (which I’ve failed at doing multiple times by myself). You can tell it’s a company that truly cares about their customers and their work!

We had our garage doors and openers replaced by Royal Door. From the initial quote, through to the end of the project, I felt like they were upfront, honest and professional. Josh, Tae and Justin did a fantastic job with our new doors and we couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond taking time to show me how to program remotes, cars, keypads and how to download and program the app. And to top it all off I’m pretty sure our garage is cleaner now than when they arrived. They have forever customer with us.

Very happy with Royal Door! When calling the office the lady was very informed and kind. The installers were punctual and polite work was speedy and done well. They were very helpful with setting up new information on our phones for the garage door openers. And left no trace of them behind.

From start to finish, our experience with Royal Door was incredible! Julie was most helpful in getting us scheduled for the initial consultation - even with the connection issues over the telephone. She reached out via text message when our calls kept dropping. Cam called just before our appointment window to let us know he was running ahead and was en route. Once our consultation began, he remembered the area and the house since he did an evaluation with my wife after working on our neighbor’s garage door. He was thorough in his evaluation of both garage doors and the seized opener on one of them. His friendly and easy going demeanor encouraged us to ask questions which he readily answered. He explained everything well and took his time installing a new opener, replacing garage doors hinges on both doors, and replacing extension springs. Cam then walked us through connecting the opener to our network and linking up the myQ app. Finally, he made sure all of our questions were answered and explained all warranty coverages. Price was most reasonable and Cam didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary. Great experience with Royal Door! Will recommend to all who need garage door work.

I’ve been needing my old door and opener replaced and was trying to find the right installer! Royal Doors provided both quality doors/opener and installed it at a great price. The installers were excellent! I highly recommend them.

We could smell something musty in the basement and spotted some odd stains on the floor. The remediation team was very professional and showed us how to fix the situation. They used air scrubbers and special cleaners to keep the spores from spreading to the top levels. They were very respectful in our home and did a good job of cleaning up the work area. I'm glad we saw it early and had specialists fix it instead of trying to do it ourselves, which wouldn't have worked.
