We were on vacation and when we got home one of our pipes burst under our basement kitchen sink. We don't know how long it was leaking (mostly pouring out). We contacted our insurance company and they recommended PACT to mitigate the damage. Long story short, they were on site within 48 hours of the damage after our plumber fixed the leak. Tyler and his crew came prepared to move out furniture and exercise equipment, then proceded to remove the destroyed bottom kitchen cabinets, soaked carpeting and all the damaged sheetrock and insulation. What a mess!! They set up plastic barriers with zippered doorways to keep the damage to a minimum. All debris was removed; they salvaged the counter top. They treated all areas for mold and bacterial growth, then set up a huge industrial dehumidifier along with multiple air dryers to get everything dry. The intial work was done in two days and the drying took three days. Everything was ready for the insurance claims adjuster to do his inspection within one week!! If you ever have water damage or worse, do not hesitate to call PACT. They know what they are doing and document everything for the insurance company. My wife and I were very satisfied with the results, making a rotten situation into a tolerable inconvenience that we can overcome quickly. Thanks and God bless the PACT Team!!

PACT saved the day. Our house was under contract to sell within two weeks when we had a toilet water line break and flood three floors of our home. Puro Clean and PACT were able to get in dry everything and put the new floors and ceilings in within nine days. The whole crew worked diligently to help make sure the future homeowners were satisfied and able to move in.

Hello this is Brian & Tiffany Kim with MY Play Cafe in Lee’s Summit. Our landlord referred us to Jeremy at PACT (Partners Achieving Construction Together). Having some knowledge in project management, I know there are always three major constraints: cost, quality, and time. Usually you are faced with deciding which 2 out of the 3 constraints you want, but never all 3. Well, either we got lucky this round or due to Jeremy’s background in the military and insurance (adjuster), he and the team delivered all 3.

We are a first time brick & mortar business owners and had some of our own trial and error. Jeremy was patient, especially when we shifted the work orders and made sure we had an open communication throughout the whole process (getting our permits from the city to the final punch list). If there were any issues, he made sure it was fixed as well.

PACT lives up to their name. They truly partner with their clients in delivering excellent work. We are glad we gained new friends at PACT through the process.

José and Heath from Pact were great. They came out quickly to assess damage from a tree that fell onto our home and coordinated all the necessary repairs. The insurance adjuster missed a couple things and they were able to connect with our insurance to make sure everything was repaired and replaced with materials that were of the same quality. The job looks great!

After the horrible hail storm we just had, and all the damage we had done to our home...it was nice to feel so confident in PACT to take care of our home. Will Arwood was here for multiple days, and was professional, kind, always kept us up to speed on what he was doing, and most of all - he dealt with the dogs that literally acted like every time he walked in the door was the first time they'd seen him! As a dog owner, that really meant a lot to us. Most importantly, he did an AMAZING job (along with the two guys that worked along-side him), and I would highly recommend him!!! If you call for a quote and choose PACT, I'd suggest asking for Will Arwood!

We used PACT to repair storm damage on our roof. We thought the upfront communication was good and also felt like PACT went the extra mile to use the best products for the repair. Their crew left our facility in good shape and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. We recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Pact is hands down the best company to call for any home repairs! I had some damage from the last windstorm we had, and they came out and got my roof fixed quickly. The staff from top to bottom are very courteous and professional. Will definitely be using them for future projects.!
