Have absolutely loved working KCRR Solutions. We have had them do two projects for us and have been very happy. Pricing is reasonable, communication is great, and the work is high quality.

Crew came out in March of 2020 to replace my roof, they were all wonderful and friendly.
The clean up went well and my roof looks great!

If you’re looking for a roofer or someone to keep your flat roof clean and your decks. In fact, for any roofing needs, I highly recommend these folks. They show up right on time and they do their work and they do it well. They are there when you need them. I’ve had a lot of experience with folks who don’t show up or show up late or whatever. That is not this is Modus operandi

This company has not only taken care of me but multiple family members have used them for high quality work over the years. It’s hard to find a contractor where there’s always people in the office to answer all my questions. Chris Keck and all his project managers are really good at explaining complicated construction processes in a way we can understand. And constantly keep us updated on timelines. If you want to avoid a lot of stress that comes with remodeling and work with people who definitely know what they are doing-hire them.

We had massive $35k insurance claim due to flooding back in December. We had KCRR out to our home. They came out and were working on our home until May. We continue to have water leaking in our basement in the same area the water came from in December. They refuse to repair the actual water issue and now we have to hire someone else to come to our house to fix the actual problem before it gets back to the amount of flooding we experienced back in December. During the initial repair time they never told us that they would not address the actual problem. We have had to stop using one of our bathrooms entirely to avoid water issues at this time. KCRR actually came to our home being rude and argumentative when we just want the problem solved. I highly do not recommend KCRR. This is after while they were in our home they broke our things, they did less than high quality workmanship, and they have poor customer service. Worst experience with a company.

The crew did very nice and professional jobs on my house. Reasonable price and good communication. We are pleased with their work and will use them again in the future.

These folks were some of the most professional contracting companies I have worked with. They provided a very competitive quote in a reasonable amount of time and completed the project sooner than I was quoted. Overall I couldn't have been happier with KCRR Solutions and I will absolutely be reaching out in the future when the need arises.

Great company to work with. They were highly recommend to us and now we highly recommend them. The business is family owned and local which is a plus for us. The roofing crew was on time and worked hard to finish our roof within a day. They cleaned up the site great and our roof looks awesome. Very pleased with the entire progress. I consider it such a stroke of good fortune--even close to a blessing--that KCRR Solutions did the repairs and renovations to my home after a fire destroyed the kitchen and sent its soot to every corner of my house.
It was Ryan, the owner of the company, who first came to see the
damage, and his explanations were so thorough and thoughtful,
and he was such a lovely man, that I knew in a heartbeat that I wanted his company to do the renovation.
It says something that I remember everyone who played a role
so well. Casey, the project manager, had so many good ideas,
design-wise and structurally, that I am convinced my house looks
50% better than it would have without his input.
The four man work crew which came to my house every day for seven weeks--Alejandro, Edgar, Uriel, and Miguel, were not only
dedicated and competent, but delightful people as well. My dogs and I were holed up in a motel for seven weeks, and it was often the highlight of our day to go by the house, see the progress being made, and visit with the crew for ten minutes. I will carry these people in my heart for a long time.
Even people who had tiny roles stood out for their helpfulness and kindness: Sarah, the treasurer; Huey, another supervisor;
Bruce, the scheduler; and even Brian, the receptionist.
I am an optimist, and believe that there are a lot of good trades-
people and good companies out there, but I feel so fortunate to have had KCRR Solutions put my house together again.

The guys did a fantastic job on my house. I needed a garage door header replaced, which involved removing part of my deck to access the area and replacing that portion of it. The guys were on time every day, and very nice through the whole process. Much appreciated, and we will use them again in the future as needed.

I had a great experience with this company. My insurance company recommended them. I worked with Charles who is very professional and great to work with. My roof needed repairs because of poor instillation by a previous roofer. It was a very fair price and they the crew did thorough work. I will definitely call Charles when I need roof repair or replacement.

I have had some awful contractors in the past, so I was a little nervous to hire KCRR, but I am so happy I did. Their crew went above and beyond. For example, moving rock away from my house before they painted, seems like a little thing, that maybe, other painters do, but not the previous ones we had hired!😫 Taking bird nests out of fireplace, patching areas, etc, etc. Again, I have had some horrible experiences in the past, so I might have been a little more high maintenance than other clients, but what was nice is that when I asked them to do something, they either had already done it, or were like, yeah, we do that. Jorge and his crew worked so hard and quickly. Chris and Casey were both very patient with me. Highly recommend and we will definitely be hiring them for more projects!

Charles was very help, explained everything to me and stayed within budget, kept inform if date had to be change due to rain, his crew came at 7am and wascdone by 2pm

I was so grateful for KCRR Solutions help with my roof. I had storm damage from a tree falling on my house. They worked with my insurance company to get a fully replaced roof. The insurance company only wanted to replace a small portion, but KCRR fought for me. The crew was professional and completed the job in less than 2 days. They cleaned up all material including using magnets to ensure no nails were left on the ground. I would highly recommend this company.

1,000% Satisfied with their work! The quality of their work is fantastic. Their crews were pleasant to work with, polite and kept things tidy. They always showed up when they said they would and worked in a timely manner. I look forward to future projects with KCRR Solutions. Initially, the owner, Ryan, was very responsive when developing our bid. After some minor changes, we agreed to the terms and paid roughly $40k for them to start the work. After 90 days, they had only completed our roof repairs. Within the 90 days, I patiently asked when the bulk of the project would start, I only got excuses. To make matters worse, the office staff and in-house interior designer was consistently rude and seemed put off when I asked for explanations or expressed concern about how promises were not kept. I ultimately fired them and contracted with another company that has been delayed, but the experience has like night and day. This company assigned a dedicated crew to my project and most the delays have been around supplies not being available. This is a major project that has lasted over six months, but honestly, the client service and quality of the work with this new company has made a significant difference. Lastly, KCRR has a poor track record with third party vendors. After telling my furniture maker that we chose a different company, he stated, “I’m not surprised, they are disorganized.” Ordinarily, I would not have posted such a bad review, but someone on their team asked if I would do so. This was two months after I terminated their contract. This shows you the lack of internal communication, but no one has ever called to apologize.
