I highly recommend KCRR. I've used them twice - once to repair the rotted front porch and just recently to have the exterior of my home painted. My experiences have been good from start to finish. Their office staff is great to work with, the project teams have been great (on time, respectful, friendly, professional), and the project supervisors ensure that high standards are kept. On the recent exterior painting project, I was unsure how to decide on some of the smaller details and I was able to rely on their experience to make the best decision. In fact, they saved me from making a big mistake with color choices! I will definitely be calling KCRR the next time I have any project to do at my house!

This is the best company in the Kansas City area if you are looking for a great job. The crew that came to my house were very nice very respectful treated my home like it was their own. They were very professional cleaned up as they worked even vacuumed! I used them once before with the same results. I will use them again when I have need of a great contractor. Great overall experience. Roof was damaged in a storm and they came out quickly to inspect and survey. Charles was excellent throughout the entire process and met with the claims adjuster and got on the roof with him. I feel like they went above and beyond and will be using them again for future jobs.

A long time to get a small job finished. June-October! First, the wrong colored shingles were put on, but they were taken off and replaced with the appropriate color.

I do not feel like I was cheated but the whole process should have been much less stressful.

I recently worked with KCRR for an insurance claim on hail damage to my roof and gutters. While the roof replacement was done correctly, my experience with the gutter installation and the company's communication left much to be desired.

Pros:

Roof Installation: The roof work itself was solid. The crew did a good job, and I have no complaints about the quality of the roofing work.

Cons:

Gutter Installation: I requested to pay extra for 6-inch gutters to replace my existing 5-inch gutters, and I made this clear to two different people via text and phone call. However, the installers showed up and put in 5-inch gutters instead. To make matters worse, they left a large gap between the end of my roof and the gutters, which is simply unacceptable. (Notice the gap between the end of the gutter and the fascia)

Poor Communication: The biggest issue with this company is their lack of internal communication. Despite multiple requests and clear instructions, they failed to deliver on what I asked for. It was a constant struggle to get them to understand my needs, and it seems like different departments or people within the company don't communicate effectively with each other. Apparently I should of requested a written change order.

In summary, while the roof work was satisfactory, the issues with the gutters and the frustrating communication process left me disappointed. I cannot recommend KCRR based on my experience, especially if you’re looking for attention to detail and good customer service.

I had a covered patio built over my existing patio. The team did a great job and really enhanced my back yard space. The cedar ceiling on the patio cover really stands out. I love the natural look.

After my neighbors house burned down, I had to do a claim on my own insurance since it was so bad they could not determine cause or negligible liability. KCRR was the most thorough and detailed of any quotes making sure nothing would fall through the cracks. They kept me informed through the process and even went above and beyond when I was having computer issues. Their crews that came out were a joy, very courteous, and cleaned up as they went. I would recommend this LOCAL company. I didn't have to contract out each piece. They handled it ALL. 😁
Edit: called them about maybe less than a year after the work was completed... the screws sticking half out of around the skylights. And the guy talked in circles and said that's the way it's supposed to be. I had another roofer come out and they told me they were not supposed to be that way. So they'll just gaslight you if anything's wrong in the end. Made me so sad.
I would still recommend them but be cautious that if anything is outstanding or needs fixed they won't come back out.😕

I was very pleased with the work done by KCRR. I initially saw the work they were doing at a home nearby and contacted them for a quote. The solution they offered for repairs was along the lines i was thinking. I will certainly come back to them in the future.

KCRR did an impeccable job in my home! Almost every room was remodeled and their team was on it, even when I added to their list. The team that came was courteous, respectful, timely. My home went from 1970s blah to 2020s wow!

They are the best! I used them for an insurance claim I had in my kitchen. They did amazing work and worked with in my budget we had and they were done with the time estimate they gave me. Very respectful and considerate. I recommend them to everyone I know looking to get any major projects done. I will be using them again on my next project.

Jamie and Rick were great working in our home. They were on time, clean and had attention to detail. They repaired some things that weren’t asked and made sure the job was how we liked before leaving. We will be getting some more quotes soon!

I had a project that I needed some stucco and siding repair on my home. I was referred to Ryan Gill at KCRR Solutions. He came out and met with me and walked with me around the house looking at the different areas of repair. Ryan is a really good person to work with and discuss your project. I received a fair quote and we started the project within 4-6 weeks of signing the contract. As with MANY AND MOST projects, once the work began it was determined the problem was bigger than once thought, so a change order was needed. The change order was fair and the work continued. Their team worked tirelessly to complete the project with an eye for quality and to make sure I was pleased. I worked with Ryan, Colby (and his team of guys), Chris, Charles, Jose, and Sarah and found each of them to be good people and a pleasure to deal with. Finding trustworthy contractors is a very difficult challenge for homeowners and I was pleased with this experience.
