Very professional and timely. Their installer didn't waste any time completing the work and he was very thorough in explaining what the scope of work would involve.

I have been incredibly impressed with our technician Javier, and this company as a whole. He had a great "go-getter" attitude, from the initial estimate all the way through the final clean-up, and he didn't shy away from the hard stuff. He was thorough, didn't cut corners or put on temporary band-aids to get through the job quicker. He explained the reasoning behind every recommendation, didn't try to upsell but advised me when he thought I should do something different, and he had great ideas and options to help me achieve the look that I wanted.

Additionally, I love that the person who gave me the estimate and talked over my ideas was actually the person who later came to do the work. Overall, the company is super responsive and the dispatchers/schedulers are very nice. What a great experience!

Jared was our electrician that quarter the job and did the service work. Jared was knowledgeable, punctual and very thorough. All work areas were cleaned up and he walked through everything he did to show it worked properly. Very happy with the work!!

We had a fire alarm issue, where our alarms were going off without a fire being present. Leading me to believe that there was a short in the system somehow. I called Mr electric and they were able to send somebody out on priority and get it fixed within a couple hours.

Caleb was very thorough and very helpful during his initial visit to provide me with an estimate. He was able to handle the issue with the wiring in my bathroom which previous electricians were baffled and couldn't repair the wiring. Caleb reviewed the matter and provided a solution which has been a headache for me for numerous years. He was so efficient and the matter has been resolved!

Caleb resolved our issues with a faulty GFI outlet and replaced a photocell in exterior lanterns.

We asked for electrical bids from 3-4 places to have some work done in a bathroom. The responses from other companies were pretty underwhelming, but then Mr Electric responded immediately. Set up an estimate and talked through our options. They texted ahead of time when they were going to arrive and did great work. I’d definitely use them again! They showed up on time, did great work and even cleaned up after. Thanks for the help!

Caleb was great installing our EV Charger outlet. He was fast, provided time for us to ask questions and make sure we understood everything. Would recommend him and Mr. Electric to anyone else in the area.

In today's world I am not extremely trusting of service people or anyone I do not know. Everything my technician said and quoted was true backed up by my research. The web said friendly wirh good consumer ratings. All true..and I never do these surveys unless I feel inspired.

Mr Electric sent Caleb. He’s very polite and does fantastic work. I’ve had him run a few extra outlets and install a bathroom exhaust fan. He doesn’t cut corners and cleans up after the work is done. Caleb is going to be my contact for any future electrical work I need done!
