Following our second storm-related electrical surge in a summer, we called Arrow Circle on the recommendation of our heating and cooling company. Randy called me right back and came out to our house within a day. He did a walk-through to determine if our wiring was damaged or if we could have our a/c, garage doors, etc. repaired. He was friendly, professional, and educated me on how the electricity works and things we can do to repair a few things. While he could have pushed for a repair sale, he encouraged me to try to do a couple of DIY repairs. He even gave me a quick pointer on fixing our jetted tub. As he left, he said to make sure to call him with any questions re: the electric in the house, or problems with the DIY repairs. I will definitely recommend him (and Arrow Circle) to others and will call Randy whenever we have electrical issues.

Waited 10 yrs to run electricity to my building Arrow sent in 2 men to complete the job . I had 2 other bids they weren't the lowest but I feel they did an excellent job.. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Thank you .

We're building a home out in Overland Park and every member of the crew they sent out and the person that did our walk through, have been great. They work well together, are professional, thorough, effeciant and great about making sure we're getting what we want and double checking before doing any changes. I would highly recommend them for big or small jobs.

If Arrow Circle Electric (won't) return a phone call to a potential customer in 4 days and my home is one block from your business WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? Also I filled out the online request and still got nothing. They refuse to answer the phone and hide behind an automated answering system and you have to leave a message. IF they refuse to call a customer back for new business it should tell you a l lot about the business in general.

Arrow Circle Electric did a whole house wire (build job), installed an in floor outlet and installed an electric vehicle charger for me in the last 6 months. Dallas and his crew of electricians are responsive, competent and professional all for a very reasonable price. ACE technicians have always been on time, done a great job and cleaned up after the install. I highly recommend ACE.

ACE wired my entire home during construction. I also called them back for jobs ranging from a whole-home generator install to numerous smart switch installations. They also installed a new fixture over my pool table with no issues. Both Austin and Brian have been very professional and the quality of the work has been great. I would recommend ACE for any electrical needs.

This is an electrician that our general contractor had used in the past. He tried to setup meetings with them to go over our build and do a walk through, but they rarely responded then stopped responding at all. I'm seeing this trend in reviews, they lack the courtesy to return correspondence. My builder found a different electrician and he's been fantastic! Wish we would have steered clear of Arrow Circle in the beginning. We were trying to work with Dallas and Randy, they both seem to have major attitudes when it comes to non-commercial builds, like it's not worth their time...

We liked the workers and they seemed to have done a good job. BUT that being said, the final bill was $722.00 over the original quote, without any qualifying statement letting us know that the amount quoted was not necessarily going to be the final total.
That amount might have made the difference of us choosing another company.
When we asked them about it we were told "well there was trenching and extra labor" - the trenching was something they knew about when they gave us the bid. And it was such a small job that there shouldn't have been that much extra labor.
Seems like a pretty significant amount to underbid a small job and Very unbusinesslike not to honor the original bid.
Also, they said they didn't want to drill through the house and that we would need to contact a coring company for that part - which was fine -but then we had to try to coordinate Arrow Circle meeting at the house with the coring co. instead of them just handling that end and contacting the coring co. directly.
Plus they didn't follow through with the city permit inspectors.
They pulled the permit and at the end of the job we asked when the final inspection would be with the city, we were told that on such a small building it didn't need to have a final inspection. That didn't sound right so I called the city and inquired.
They said any time you pull a permit you have to have a final inspection to close out the job.
So pretty unprofessional in several aspects.
We will not be recommending them for these reasons.

Arrow Circle Electric wired my home in Lee's Summit when it was built and now supports my alarm system. Recently, I added an out building and Austin of Arrow Circle Electric was prompt in scheduling, and providing multiple quotes for me to choose from. The quote from Arrow Circle Electric was fair and competitive against three other companies. Arrow Circle Electric provided a new Electric panel service and wiring in the new outbuilding in a timely and professional manner. They were on time for all appointments and work. Austin and his technician did an awesome job. Great follow-up and helped out in so many other ways above and beyond their original quote. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

We are working with Dallas, Darrell, and Scott on electric for our new construction home and they have exceeded our very high expectations! They are by far the best vendor we have worked with so far. Dallas suggested a different lighting configuration for our deck to avoid a glare on our TV. And Darrell offered a perfect, more affordable solution for the front exterior of our home. I would 100% recommend Arrow Circle Electric for your electric work!

Outstanding service! Austin (and Brian) went above and beyond to help us regain power after we had an electrical issue leaving us completely without power. They had us repaired within a few quick hours and also helped with contacting Evergy to ensure our power was restored as quickly as possible. Highly Recommend!

Arrow Electric and Summit Homes put me and my family in significant danger of a house fire. This was due to an incorrectly installed electrical service and allowing water to infiltrate the cable running between the meter and main panel. This caused the cable between the meter and the panel to become soaked in water and ultimately soaking the panel itself. Arrow Electric and Summit Homes attempted to convey to me that I shouldn't be concerned with this issue and that the panel and wire would dry out on its own. It was communicated to Arrow Electric and Summit Homes on multiple occasions that myself, other electricians, and the power company considered this an emergency, and I was ignored. It took nearly 3 weeks of literal begging for Arrow Electric and Summit Homes to even agree that this was an issue that needed to be addressed. It took an additional two months for the actual repair to occur and during the repair my panel was downgraded and the wiring between the meter and panel was incorrectly installed. Ultimately the work had to be redone a second time by another electrical company to correct the issues from the first attempt.

Best electrician I’ve found in KC. And one of the few contractors I’ve ever worked with that I actually trust — so much so that I don’t generally need to see the quote beforehand. They do quality work, pricing is very fair (no BS fees), and they’ve never once asked me to leave a Google review (if they had, I wouldn’t be writing this). Very, very good electrician. Highly recommended.
