I am very impressed with New American Solar and its team of designers, contractors, and installers. Brett and Laura explained the process thoroughly and set expectations on steps and timeline from start to finish. We began the process at the end of July and our system was ready for Evergy just after Labor Day.

The installers were polite and professional and could answer any questions about the system's operation. The installation of the anchors was extremely fast, straight, and astonishingly precise for such a large machine. They were also meticulous in ensuring nothing was missed and conducted their own inspections before departing the project.

Brett has been by the house several times to look at the work and make sure we were happy with the installation, as well as, answer any questions we had now that the system is in place. I highly recommend New American Solar if you are looking to go solar.

We were supposed to receive a guaranteed $1000 referral check. It took about 5mo and we received $500 for an inconvenience, not the $1000 referral check. Asked multiple times what went wrong, with no response.

I got a reimbursement check since my first bill wasn't $0, but the family is referred, still hasn't gotten a reimbursement check. We were told if it wasnt 0 that we would get these.

We learned we'll never see a $0 bill. After contacting our electric company, they said a lot of people are being told their bill will be $0, but 1) you'll always have a meter fee, 2) almost every electric company has peak hour fees so even if you have solar, you're not exempt from that. Just confirm with your electric company what charges you'll still have. Only one bill was $0, and I realized that isn't a typical thing. 5 bills since have been $83-126, which is significantly less. Before solar they were $280-500. All that to say, we still have a bill on top of solar payment. Here in 25 years, it'll be worth it.

This isn’t for the company performance but about the driver of your pick up truck on 107 and Roe location at around 1:10. (Leawood, Kansas)He parked where cars go back and forth NOT MARKED AS A PARKING SPOT. Where did he get his driver license? From dollar general or where? He needs a serious training on how and where to park.

I called Nick at 10:45 PM and was surprised that he picked up the phone at the first place.

Owner does not honor verbal or write contracts. Was supost to do something for my brother, a veteran, and never did. It got done by someone else.

Great customer service. Honest , quick, and doesn't overcharge. Knows what he is doing which is nice for a change. Thank you and I will continue to do business.
