They came a ways away to service my tree. Owner did the inspection in the pouring rain and brought his crew out quickly to take care of the tree (in much better weather). Before starting the trimming they actually found another rather large dead branch that I hadn’t noticed and took care of that one as well. They did not try to upcharge on unnecessary additional services. Got the job done quickly, easily, and safely and cleaned up well after they were done. Highly recommended!

I found Royal Tree Service to be all that they advertised and more. Samual was informative
and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to save our ornamental Crab Apple Tree. They arrived on the day the work was to be done on time, as scheduled. The crew was very professional and took care to protect any branch from falling onto our fence as the trimmed the tree. After the tree was trimmed the crew made sure that all the debris was picked up and the area left as clean and tidy as it was when they arrived. Samuel has a very high knowledge & low pressure approach, which I appreciate immensely. He’s trimmed, chopped & removed trees on our property on more than one occasion. Very professional service! Amazing tree climber and very careful. Knows what he's doing. Awesome clean up crew kept it tidy all the way out of the driveway. Trees look much better and at a reasonable price. I know who I will be calling next time.

The team at Royal Tree Service are excellent! They work hard, communicate well, leave your yard cleaner than what they found it and are very professional. Samuel really knows how to bring out the best results, even if you have less than ideal circumstances. They have done two projects for me so far with wonderful results.

Samuel went out of his way to come out on a Sunday to give us an estimate. He was able to work us in Monday (today). They did an amazing job cleaning up our crabapple tree. It is dangerously hot today and he and his crew worked very hard. They are very through in the trimming and clean up. We will be calling them for the next couple of tree projects we have before winter hits.

I was looking to get a tree removed and they came recommended from a coworker. Estimate was done promptly and they were willing to negotiate on price (reasonably) to obtain my business. They showed up promptly and removed the tree leaving a minimal stump. They raked and blew the yard and sidewalk of debris. Overall I am satisfied with the job done.

Samuel and his crew are amazing! They were quick to respond to my inquiry. They came right out, gave a great estimate, did the job promptly and safely, and charged a fair price. When they spotted a problem tree that was mostly rotten and could have come down on the house soon, they took the extra time to take it down too. They also had good people skills, working with my Mom in a difficult situation. We will be having them back next fall. Highly recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with their work. First, I did not have to wait weeks between the estimate and the work -- they came out, gave me estimates on every individual piece of work, and then did the work right then (and over the next couple of days). They were very helpful in offering information and advice about all of my trees. I thought that the prices were very reasonable. They did a good job with the removal and trimming of lots of different kinds of trees and bushes. And then they cleaned it all up and hauled it all away. I have no reservations about using them again or recommending them to others.

Samuel and his team were very responsive in coming to do an estimate, which was a better price than our previous estimates. He was very in tune to making everything look great and uniform.

The team went above and beyond! They cleaned up well after their work. There were a couple of garden plant tragedies that they took care of immediately by replacing them! Highly recommend.

I requested a quote via their website and got a response within 30 minutes. Samuel came to the house and listened about my tree problems. He made suggestions, including how to prioritize the work and defer some to next year. We agreed on the work; remove a tree and prune four others.
On the work day, the crew arrived on time and started promptly. They worked safely and were careful with my property. Samuel was hands-on for the entire job. Upon completion he reviewed the work with me and gave additional suggestions for future maintenance. They cleaned everything up and my trees look great!

Highly recommend Royal Tree Service. They removed a large limb of a brirch tree that was hanging over our house and trimmed several shrubs and bushes, cleaned up all the debris and didn't damage anything in the process. Not only did they do great work, Samuel also took the time to educate me about the trees and shrubs in our yard. True professional Arborist.

Sam and his team are great! I had asked several other tree services in the area for quotes and Royal Tree Service was the best priced by far. The price was just the start, RTS completed the project after my inquire about price within a few hours. They were friendly and respectful to our home and our neighborhood and did great work. Samuel and his crew at Royal Tree did a great job today on trimming a few trees in my yard and helped with some that were hanging over my fence from my neighbors yard as well. The bid process was quick and easy, and the actual work was more of the same. I received a few quotes on this project and I felt that Royal was a great value. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree services and will certainly use them in the future.

Royal Tree Service was excellent to work with! They got back to me quicker than any other service and were on site for the job within the same week. They did excellent work and gave great advice on a very challenging tree. Excited to use them for future projects.

Highly recommend Royal Arborist. We hired them to trim and clean up trees, including large limbs overhanging rooftops on our property. They were very professional, courteous, polite from start to finish. They communicated with us thru-out the project to make sure everything was satisfactory. The team was very efficient, and their clean up completed was immaculate. We are definitely hiring them again.

Bought house a year ago, Samuel and his team came out and did an AMAZING job. Today they came out to trim while no leaves were on trees a did extra clean up where there were a few squirrel nests. Samuel is very knowledgeable on the type of trees we have. Will DEFINITELY use in the future. Very affordable!!!!!!
